They have got to get faster at these orders. I stopped on Sunday(3/16/25) and l ordered three cups of water. I waited 15 minutes and they never brought our water so I left. Today(3/21/25), I ordered ahead and I’ve been waiting 10 minutes for one item. I’m getting ready to leave again. It’s really not even that busy.

I don’t ever leave reviews, but I read a lot. Service here has been exceptional today from taking my order accurately – to the carhop going around and handing out condiments and utensils. Had to leave a good tip! Made me feel like I was at Sonic 10 years ago when people still cared about their jobs!

Ordered ahead of time waited 30 minutes on lunch break. Asked to get a refund and the male working aid he would get his manager. Waited and waited nothing. All I wanted was my money back. I would understand if they were busy but it was slow. Won’t be back.

The person on the drive thru speaker doesn’t even know the promotion of the day. Did not honor buy one get one free coney. Also my drink order was wrong; gave me a medium instead of a route 44 at happy hour. In order to get my free coney, they want me to wait for them to refund the entire order when there’s a line behind me. Horrible customer service.

Tonight, I placed an online order for the 1st time. The process was very easy. I arrived at the restaurant at the time the app said, then I waited 5 minutes, then 10 minutes, after 15 minutes, I flagged down a server and asked him if there was a problem? He said they only had 1 person working the kitchen. 20 minutes later, I received my food I understood things happen, but I feel 20 minutes is excessive. And I did feel bad for the over-worked employees…

The past 3 times I have gone here it takes awhile for them to answer and take my order. I also had to repeat EVERY aspect of my order three and four times before they stopped asking me to repeat it. I can here them laughing when they come back to have me repeat it. Not sure if they just aren’t paying attention or they think it’s a joke. I ended up leaving all 3 times. Don’t think I’ll be back!!

The food here is always good, I’ve had good service so far around lunch time. I’ve ordered through the screen and now through the app. Half price drinks through the app makes this a good place. Best fast food breakfast burritos I’ve tried, they don’t seem to be the microwaved type . The eggs and the sausage in it seemed to be cooked separately just fresh out the grill. I usually eat here because I’m able to get small meals for low price when I’m not extra hungry.
