Don’t order pizza from here throw Uber eats because. They give you a old heated unpick up pizza. Don’t even ask the Lyft driver to get the drink to have better communication. With each other. Didn’t even get my brisk 2 litter and tomato sauce.

This was the worst experience! Had to wait for an hour and still got COLD food. I asked for a refund and was refused and IGNORED! Lied to! The crew had many people waiting and instead of admitting defeat they were determined to make the sell and didn’t care the QUALITY of food they put out. I was late for work and wasn’t given hot food- how horrible is that and the girl at the register played dumb to avoid customer complaints- clearly a lie as well but it was unprofessional. Work was being done perhaps electrical and if that was the case they could have shut down for an hour but nope they continued to take orders they KNEW they could not fill! I would have gladly gotten a refund, gone some place else and been to work on time. Each time I asked for an update I was lied too- 10 minutes-5 minutes yet it was over an hour. Only stayed bc they continued to ignore me asking about a refund. I would have lost my money. The food is disgusting! Grade build up & cold butter – just horrible!

Walked in for some late dinner at 8:30. They were slammed but they were rockin it. Eris was calm, collected and very kind working the front and putting orders together. Team was communicating well. Props to these guys and thanks for the good food!

Never order here on the weekdays, made an order at 6:20 pm and didnt get my pizza till 7:50 an hour and a half later. If you’re going to order here, order during the weekends, the service is better, faster and the pizza is actually well made. 🙂

Very disappointed in the Detroit deep dish with sticks. Sticks were cold, overly salty and dry. Can’t say much for the pizza, it was also very salty and cold as well. Hot box oven isn’t working properly.

Never great service by anyone here. Crap place crap people. Pizza was cut horribly and not all the way through. Food was cold because you couldn’t just put it in the portal. Sauce was less then half full. Just horrible. Update after attempting to eat….long piece of hair was embedded into the Pizza YUCK

Please have employees wear gloves and wash their hands!! These employees were not wearing gloves while preparing/ touching food. They were outside smoking and did not wash their hands. One employee was at the register handling momey and returned to make pizzas without washing his hands..

You can buy a pizza puff combo for $4.99, pepperoni or cheese but if order the phili cheese puff. You will not be allowed to make it a combo. It’s not in the system, it is not available, sucks for you. But order a cheese or pepperoni & they’ll get you a soda. Crazy place
