Venezia Restaurant is beautiful. The owners did a fabulous job remodeling. The orange chairs make the place. We stopped in for lunch and had an ok meal. Cheese Quesadilla was good, serviced with salsa and sour cream. We both had Gyro sandwiches and the meat was dry, and not that plentiful. They are a new restaurant, so I expect some glitches. We will return

Venezia Restaurant is a wonderful spot for both American and Mediterranean food. The menu has a great variety, so there’s something for everyone, whether you’re in the mood for a classic breakfast or a Mediterranean favorite. The food is consistently very good and always tastes freshly made.

Their breakfast is especially impressive—the omelettes are delicious and the home fries are perfectly cooked. They also have great wraps. I’ve tried something different each time and have yet to be disappointed. The prices are very reasonable for the quality and portion sizes you get.

The restaurant itself has been beautifully renovated and is always very clean, which makes it an inviting place to enjoy a meal.

But what really makes Venezia special is the owner and staff. They are exceptional—friendly, welcoming, and the kind of people who make you feel like a regular even if it’s your first visit. Great food, great people, and a great atmosphere…hard to beat that combination.

Extremely clean restaurant. Actually looks like a decent place to have lunch at, and the staff seemed pretty friendly.

it goes downhill from here unfortunately. The issue I had at the start – I couldn’t tell what they were actually specialized with. I get the name of the restaurant’s name is “Venezia” so you would think Italian. But it was burgers, quesadillas, wraps, some pastas, American appetizers, and some typical Mediterranean dishes like falafel, koftas, kebabs, gyros etc. With a menu of that much variety – it was difficult to hone in to what they’re really good at.

I can absolutely say with confidence, it is neither of the things I ordered: falafel, buffalo wings, and tiramisu. They pan-fry their falafels which is uncommon but not too out of the ordinary. The seasoning and mixture they used with their falafel was actually really good – the fatal flaw however, was that it was overcooked. It was dry and extremely hard; lots of resistance with each bite. The french fries they use are the typical fries they probably get from whatever supplier they used. Their buffalo wings are just generic frozen jumbo wings deep fried then tossed with Franks Red Hot. The pita chips are your typical grocery store pita chips you’d get, they do add some seasoning to it but its not noticable Lastly, their tiramisu was just average.

I’d go back and try something else in the future – maybe their burgers or seafood. I was unfortunately not a fan of the lack of focus with their menu, was hoping to try something unique.

This was our first time visiting. The server was attentive, place was clean and bright. We had the special which was stuffed flounder and it was really good. I had a baked potato and it was cooked perfect and big. We will definitely be back.

Our first visit could be classified as a mixed bag. First impression was horrible due to the restaurant not being ADA (handicapped) accessible, which violates the civil rights of physically challenged people. There are multiple steps & tight turns required to enter this restaurant, and we can not bring my mother here because she is in a wheelchair. Once we were inside we were greeted very cordially by a man whom I assume is one of the owners. Our server was also very very friendly yet efficient throughout our meal. She was a real gem of a person. My cheesesteak sub was served on a very tasty long roll that had good flavor to the dough, indicating it was made with yeast and not baking soda. The beef was good quality & quite flavorful, but seriously needs a lot less time cooking as it was on the tough, dry and rubbery side. My wife’s gyro was made from well seasoned beef (lamb not available) and it was also overcooked. However, the pita bread was outstanding, as was the tzatziki sauce and the fresh tomatoes and onions. The french fries that were served with our meals were absolute perfection. They tasted like they were properly double fried. The outsides were lightly crispy without being tossed in baking soda, not greasy, and the insides were fluffy and full of potato flavor. Everything a person could ask for in a french fry. And THANK YOU for not salting them, they tasted fantastic without the need for salt. It was a decent eating experience here at Venezia and would normally warrant a return for another meal, but the fact that they openly violate the civil rights of handicapped people, many of whom are physically challenged after being wounded in combat while serving our country, is no different than racists who discriminate against someone based on their skin color or ethnic origin. Civil rights are civil rights.

What a nice little restaurant. We decided to give it a try and were quite impressed! Wait staff phenomenal. Super friendly and eager to assist. We had the crabcake sandwich and the chicken kebab. A lot of delicious food for a great price. Anxious to try breakfast there next. Nice variety on the menu. Give it a try!

Varied selection. Some typical family restaurant/diner fair. Some more “adventurous” options. American with some mediterranean(greekvand turkish) I had the hawawshi and a caesar salad. Mom had the burger and fries. The burger was huge. The lettuce on the caesar was very fresh and green. The fries were good. Mom liked her burger, but it wasn’t 100 percent well done as she ordered, but was well done enough that she didn’t feel the need to send back for recooking just make sure if anyone in your party is super picky and a “absolutely no pink” person just make sure to specify. The hawawshi was really good chopped beef and vegetables cooked then stuffed into a pita and the pits was grilled/fried crispy on the outside. Price was reasonable. Less than 40 for 2 adults with meals, drinks, and an appetizer salad with decent sized portions.

Service was quick and friendly. We walked in the door and were seated in less than 2 minutes. Our drinks were ordered and delivered quickly. Didn’t have to ask for refills as the staff saw the empty drink and refilled. Empty/dirty plates were taken away quickly as well.

The decor was fancier than diner decor but not so fancy that youd feel uncomfortable. Chairs were comfortable enough youd feel ok sitting for a while to enjoy your meal.

Would definitely eat here again

Drove by and noticed a change on Market Street! A friend said give it a try. Glad we did! Wanted to make it for a late breakfast but instead had lunch. The menu has an amazing variety for all meals. I was in the mood for a burger but also could have tried some of the Mediterranean dishes too. My cheeseburger came as ordered and cooked just right! I could tell this was fresh ground beef and not frozen and also came with a side of fries. The prices are very reasonable across the board! We also got the chicken pita which was a tender grilled chicken breast on pita bread. It would have been better if the chicken was cut into chunks but was still very flavorful. We asked for some gyro sauce on the side. The servings are plentiful. Inside, the entire place was fully remodeled, bright and colorful.
Much better, modern and appealing than previous owners have had at this location. I will definitely returning to try that breakfast and some other menu items. Family friendly for sure! Congratulations on your new restaurant!
