“Excuse me, not to be nosy but it’s the best breakfast in town…” said the local having overheard me telling the owner my wife and I were trying to make our breakfast plan for the next morning. Well, after such an endorsement we had to try it! Wow, gang, it was a homespun treat of deliciousness. I had the bacon omelet, my wife had the scramble, and we shared a full order of biscuits and gravy. All the food was fantastic and the prices were shockingly low. Each of our items was cooked fresh to order while we sipped our coffee and enjoyed the bakery fresh smells. The biscuits were fluffy perfection, the veggies and fillings in the omelet and scramble were generous and tasty, and the higgildy piggildy feel of the decor was a fun atmosphere for the start of the day. At checkout we had to grab a cinnamon roll for later (they were calling our names from the bakery case) and oh boy was it amazing. This will definitely be our breakfast spot when we come back to Ste Gen!!!

Wonderful breakfast, the best biscuits and gravy I’ve ever eaten at a restaurant. The cinnamon rolls are amazing. Service was top notch and the prices are extremely reasonable. It’s worth the drive to historic Ste Gen to get to this hidden gem.

A local gem for those in Ste. Gen. We really enjoyed our homecooked breakfast. The crunchwrap and biscuits and gravy were amazing. We later talked with Pat and she is very kind and you can tell she loves what she does. We will certainly be back.

No croissants after 12pm and the blondie recipe (owners sons recipe) does include chocolate it was exceptionally delicious. Lemon blueberry scone was moist and decadent all day traveling. Pairs well with coffee drink.

Stopped in after being told this is the best spot in town to grab something sweet. They were not wrong. I have no idea what is in the chocolate lovers gooey butter cake, but it is phenomenal!

I walk into Pat’s and it smells like my grandma’s kitchen, which is a wonderful sign. The desserts are delicious, and the food is great home-cooking. Not the fanciest place you’ll go to, but that is the appeal. And all for super reasonable prices!
