Very disappointed the food was not good today. The sauce was very salty. I asked for a well done pizza. The sausage was barely cooked. The sauce was running. The dough was gummy in the middle when I call to place my order the first guy said hold on then he hung up on me. I called back the young lady who took my order at the end. Said have a good night and slam the phone down before I can say anything else and then the delivery driver delivered. My food knocked on the door like once I came to the door right away he sat my food on the front stoop of my porch and then asked me if I wanted to leave a tip as he was walking to his car. I said no thank you. I have never had my food sat on the porch from imo’s My living room is right by my front door and I have a camera so he didn’t not very long at all because I saw him And I went to the door as quickly as I could so he wouldn’t be knocking too long So I didn’t see a reason for him to put my food on the ground. Don’t know if I’ll ever go back here. I also feel kind of sick after eating this.

If I could give no stars I would this is worse I have ever be treated. I ordered a salad with crispy chicken on it they gave me the wrong order I called up there when I go all the way home and wanted me to come back up there so the can replace it. I told them I’m not back out she said they would replace it another time when I wanted so I called to replace it they only wanted to give me a $5 credit and said I have to pay extra for the crispy chicken like what I I paid for that when I ordered it in first place why should I have to pay for that again.i can’t believe that’s how you do business that’s crazy. Basically double charging people for what they messed up.

Like first I was told I didn’t pay for my food and she tried to get me to pay for again talking about a glitch in the system then was looking all in my phone and I had to turn and show her how the money came out my account only to get burnt food!!!! Now the only reason I’m going to eat this is because I’m home already but I should’ve looked at before leaving the store for crap like this just burnt pizza ugh!

I put in an order for delivery and the guy did not put it in right. I asked for a chef salad no cheese or dressing. Imos side salad also.
I got a half of a chef salad on delivery.
Now i have to wait 45 minutes for them to deliver a salad and they charged me 20 dollars. And I gotta tip the driver because it’s not his fault. To pricey for those kind of mistakes.

I’m a traveler and wanted to try the so called St-Louis style pizza, it’s good but I’m not sure it’s that different from regular thin crust pizza although I regret having picked the deluxe instead of the regular one so I could have tasted the cheese more wich isn’t the regular mozzarella and parmesan usually used in other restaurants. Toasted ravioli were ok, nothing extraordinary tasting… with cheese inside and and a better dipping sauce this could become a thing . Cheese cake was ordinary and came without any strawberries or caramel sauce
Staff was friendly but seemed easily distracted, I’ve been standing in front of the counter waiting for the pizza I ordered unnoticed for a while only to find out after several minutes that it was ready to go since I arrived . It’s a nice looking little restaurant
I’m a truck driver and a picky eater, I’ve traveled through about 43 US states and 8 canadian provinces and tried food in many different places, I know what I’m talking about when it’s about food and some restaurants I’ve visited I will definitely make a détour from my itinerary to get some of their food everytime I will travel nearby but Imo’s pizza won’t be one of these places unfortunately, it’s good but not extraordinary

Jennifer the manager was a total jerk. They got our order wrong and instead of letting us take a picture and send it to them to get a small refund the difference from a Chef salad that ended up being a House salad, they argued with us and hung up on us twice. They insisted I drive back to the restaurant, the World Series just started! I was so upset and went back to get my refund and Jennifer couldn’t stop smiling that she made me drive back up to the restaurant. Well we had several families over to watch the game and none of us will be back.

I read the reviews and almost didn’t go there. But I said, let me try for myself and I was not disappointed. The phone service excellent atmosphere, excellent cashier. Excellent The Pizza, although I don’t care for the provale or (sometimes sweet)sauce but it was actually delicious. The best Imo’s I’ve ever eaten. I had it a great experience. I wish I could share the photo of the Pizza because it’s beautiful, crispy. Outstanding.
