Had a really worse service today. So I ordered 2x 2 pc fried chicken combo drive thru. The girl asked me about sides & drinks. So I didn’t check my order because with my previous experience I always get what I ordered so I thought I have it all. Also she gave me 2 drinks which was obvious it was 2 meals. And when I reached home I opened the bag and saw only one meal was given. I was still at the driveway when I had to go back to get another order because it was a late lunch for me and my husband. My total was already $17.60 for just one meal. Firstly I had no idea just one meal & extra drink would cost me that much. Secondly, those 2 girls was telling me a whole bunch of stories abt that meal instead of accepting that it was that girls fault who didn’t know how to take order. So they charged me extra $6.50 for another 2 pc chkn. I had requested her to replace my first chkn because I had to make another run and my meal went cold and besides it wasn’t my fault. Ok so she confirmed that she has replaced the meal. I went home and saw there was no fries on the 2nd meal & the 1st one which I had asked to replace she had lied to me. She gave me the same one. It was cold and fries was hard. I wasted $26 and made 2 runs for that meal which wasn’t worth it. I would never recommend anyone this place and will never come back to this store. Train your drive thru staffs to understand what customer wants & since it was your fault you gave me the same cold meal. Very pathetic inhumane service. Zero stars.

No matter what time of day or what day of the week this location is always disappointing. Good is never fresh, attitudes are always dry and there is NEVER chicken ready unless you get strips. Today I received a 6 piece cold wing combo with 6 cold stale fries and funnel crumbs bc it definitely wasn’t a funnel cake. It tasted like grease only. So disappointing.

Hubby wanted to try for the first time. We had the wing dings with spicy dry seasoning. The fried chicken remind us of Church’s so we enjoyed it. The roasted chicken we also enjoyed, the roll was very soft with a hint of sweet. Great experience we will return. Spicy season wings may not look the prettiest but they are good and crunchy, on the small side but that didn’t get any low rating. Hubby had side salad which was fresh. Thank you. My rating is based on our experience, everyone will be different I am sure. We enjoyed our food

The only thing I have tried is the catfish. Nothing but crust, no fish inside. For $20 would not recommend. First time at this location. Good customer service here. It was kinda weird, everyone working there was in their plain clothes (no uniforms) I will go back to try the chicken. It’s the only Golden chick in the area.

I ordered three meals on the Uber eats app for my family from Golden Chick: a 6-piece Wicked Chicken Combo with sweet tea, a 9-piece Wicked Chicken Combo with Pepsi, and a 3-piece Roasted Chicken Combo with Pepsi. Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing.
The Pepsi tasted like straight carbonation — no flavor at all — and no one even tried to reach out or offer a replacement drink. The 3-piece Roasted Chicken meal also came with three very small pieces of chicken and only about two tablespoons of macaroni and cheese.
This is the third time we’ve ordered from this location, and each time there has been an issue with our food. I’m very disappointed and will not be returning to this location again. The quality has been unacceptable.

Eventually they should be tired of bad reviews but perhaps not so here’s another one since they don’t answer the phone and the voicemail is full every time people call. COOK THE DAMN ROLLS!!! Every single time I come the rolls taste like brown and serve rolls out the package just biting into raw dough. I should not have to come home and cook the food again! Do better!

The order taker was very rude and sarcastic! I ordered three wing meals and they were all just sprinkled and not fully covered like usual! They also had given me the wrong drinks. I called the restaurant multiple times and no answer. They need to do better with their employees and the attitude that they have! I have worked in the food industry for over ten years and I know how it can be but you don’t take it out on your customers!

Just got home and ate some really good tenders (25pcs) with gravy and rolls, mac n cheese, mashed potatoes and green beans. Cost me $37 for all of this. And worth every dime! I’ll be taking for lunch next three days easily! New favorite location right here!

Never had truly bad experience and the food is delicious; we mainly get roast chicken with mashed potatoes and fried okra.
A small mix up happened today when we ordered shrimp and the gentlemen recognized me when I returned. He quickly fixed it for me and even added some extra rolls(my nibblings love them!) So excellent service too.

Tenders where really small and the staff wasn’t friendly what so ever. I called the store and got an answering machine that said mailbox is full. I would appreciate if management reached out. I understand you are short handed but this isn’t respectable. The photo on the left is my four piece that I ordered.
