It’s a small restaurant inside a hotel. There is plenty of parking. I have been to this place two times and both times they were out of different steaks. The waitresses are friendly. The food was good and the appetizers are really good.
I haven’t seen it crowded which I like. It’s quiet and easy to carry a conversation. I will definitely eat here again but I will call ahead to see if they have their different meat cuts available.

Just enjoyed the most comforting meal from Honey B’s Restaurant. I ordered a bowl of creamy tomato basil soup with a grilled cheese sandwich. Everything came out fast and tasted incredible. The soup was rich and so flavorful, and the grilled cheese was perfectly cheesy and melty. It is located inside the Ramada Hotel but is absolutely worth checking out. I almost ate it too fast because it was that good. I would definitely recommend stopping here if you are ever in Paintsville Kentucky. The service was quick and the ambiance is very casual, but outside the restaurant in the lobby area is so beautifully decorated especially for Christmas time. Highly recommend coming here during holidays just to see the decor from the hotel. But the food overall is worth coming everyday.

My wife and I were in town to celebrate our 10 year anniversary. Honey B’s was highly recommended by Jeremiah of the US 23 Country Music Highway Museum. What a fantastic choice! From entering the foyer, you were greeted by lovely Christmas decorations surrounding you. The restaurant was warm and welcoming to us as we were seated promptly by our server. The menu was varied and had something for everyone including several sides to go with our main courses.
The waitress was very attentive to our needs and took our order quickly. During our meal the owner Steve stopped by to ensure that everything was meeting our expectations. The steak that I ordered was cooked exactly as I requested, and my wife had salmon with a burbon glaze that was excellent. Each entree came with 2 delicious sides that were freshly made. We are planning to return to try their dessert menu. We would highly recommend Honey B’s as it has great portions, quality food, and is affordable.

A man and his wife was coming out of the restaurant while we were going in, I thought I’d ask him how the food was, because I had never eaten there. He said, “We’ve been coming here every weekend for the past year and a half, and every piece of food I’ve ever eaten here was very good!” His wife agreed.
He suggested the catfish dinner, and that’s what we ordered.
Omgoodness! IDK why we didn’t try this place before today!

I cannot speak more highly of this restaurant – ate at it almost every day for 4 weeks! Above all, you will never experience better service anywhere in the Country. Brandon and his team are simply outstanding. Whether it is never letting my drink run out or making my friends and I feel special, we always left with a smile. Food is outstanding with a lot of variety. Recommend the tater kegs, hot ham and cheese, and the burgers!

I understand that we want to make sure we dont service alcohol to minors but when a 59 year old woman comes in and her driver’s license is a few months expired because she didn’t realize it and is not driving anyway, refusing to serve her wine is lacking common sense especially since it is not against Kentucky law. It is not about the wine, it is about not patronizing an establishment that can’t think for themselves or understand the actuality of Kentucky laws.
