If you’re looking for good, authentic bbq, look no further than Papa’s Smokehouse. I have been a loyal customer since they first opened in March 2025 and have never looked back. This is a hidden gem in Chehalis, WA. Service is super quick, friendly staff, and quality food. I am so thankful to have something so good right here in Lewis County! If you’re local or just passing through, it’s worth the stop. Promise you won’t be disappointed!!

So good! Papa’s Smokehouse served us ribs and pulled pork and both were amazing. The ribs were tender and flavorful, and the pulled pork was perfectly cooked. Everyone loved it, definitely recommend if you’re looking for solid BBQ!

Stopped here randomly on our way to Portland and was blown away by how good this little place is! I got the ribs with mac and chili beans, all bangers! They sell out around 3pm so go early! The employees there were also so sweet and gave us huge portions.

We stopped by Papa’s Smokehouse yesterday for lunch. We ordered Pulled Pork, Brisket, beans and mac n cheese. Everything tasted great! The meats were juicy, smokey and delicious. I thought the price was totally fair. We will be back!

Comes with 2 ribs , brisket and pulled pork.
1. Ribs were meaty , nice rub .
2 Brisket, both point and flat . Nice smoke ring. Could have been cut thicker not skinny pieces.
3. Pulled pork was tasty with a capital T. and Moist, not over cooked and dry as a bone.
4. Sides are okay had the Mac n cheese and the Beans. Mac was over cooked and the Beans had a weird taste. They were better once I put some mustard bbq sauce in them. But I didn’t come here for sides .

Faithful customers and we swear by the amazing taste of their food!!!! We’ve tried it all and its all great but our favorites are the ribs and brisket. Them being great people on top of the great food puts the cherry on top!!! Highly recommend you stop by!!!

The food is great tasting and served quickly. We’ve gone back several times. Atmosphere? It’s a food truck in a parking lot. Great for a quick and tasty lunch or dinner take out though.

I tried the brisket BBQ sundae this time around. Yes, you heard that right! It was piled high with tender brisket and all the classic BBQ flavors, and it made for such a well rounded meal.
To top it all off, the prices were super reasonable for the quality of food you get. If you’re in the mood for some tasty BBQ, this BBQ truck is a must try. I’ll definitely be back for more.
