Every time I go here the food is hot and fresh. I always see a lot of the same customers too which means there are regulars who return again and again. Crystal the manager runs a tight ship, her crew is always respectful and helpful! The best Burger King I go to for sure, and better service than any of the other fast food in town

Chris the night shift manager has amazing team they work together as one team and always so polite with each other saying please and thank you. The food is always hot and fresh. Word cant say how amazing this crew is at this location. I wish there were more crew members like them out there just want to praise Chris and his team and thank you for Chelsea she took are order and she was amazing customer service so kind and polite and made sure we had hot and fresh food.

Got some double cheeseburgers and onion rings. The onion rings were great nice and hot. Those double cheeseburgers tho were old and dry. If I didn’t live 30 minutes away I would’ve taken them back.

Ordered 2 whopper meals, got not even whopper jr’s, the burgers didn’t even cover the palm of my hand, buns were dry/old, veggies were disgusting!! Fries were old, will not eat at the Jefferson City BK again!

I ordered the rodeo burger that comes with onion rings and BBQ sauce. The onion rings were not freshly cooked. I will request next time, that it be hot off the grill with the onion rings cooked fresh also.

I’m sorry to say but this was the worst food I have ever eaten at Burger King. We drove through around 8:30-9pm at night. There was one car in front of us. When we received our food the order was wrong and food was cold. The fries appeared to have been out for sometime, my husband’s whopper was wrong it had jalapeños and other stuff on it. I ordered the chicken wraps and the chicken on the wraps appeared to have been refried several times. Very hard and a dark brown color. I would not recommend eating here. We basically wasted 30$ for food that we could not eat.

Haven’t been inside this burger king in some time, definitely the appearance has improved and was pretty clean today. The whopper jr duo, fries and iced mocha coffee were very good…. there’s just something about a whopper or jr taste. Only issue is the person taking the order asked for us to repeat our burger order 3x ( one was no mayo and no cheese, the other was with mayo and cheese) so I wasn’t what we would end up with but all worked out ok

I hate to give a bad review, I really do as usually their food is pretty decent. But this morning after ordering, getting home, eating, etc., went to dump the ice from my cup and noticed something odd within the cube. Upon further inspection, it was a German cockroach! I called to let them know and to address the issue. They said they would sanitize, clean and connect with a local terminex. Will this happen? I don’t truly know so don’t want to speculate. But I can tell you it was an incredibly disheartening experience. Part of me wants to connect with corporate while the other side wants to give them the benefit of the doubt.
