You need to do better!!!! I ordered a maple bacon croissant sandwiche with hash browns and coffee this morning. Got to the windows paid and got my coffee was asked to pull around ,ok fine normally doesn’t take long….. we’ll I was wrong. 15 mins later and “my food” comes out. Im already agitated that it has taken so long and now running late…. when I finally get to check the bag it’s the wrong order so sorry to order #946 I got your food and to who ever got order #936 hope you enjoyed. Very frustrating that you make people wait so long and can’t even get a dam order right

Decided around 930pm New Year’s Eve to stop in and say hello to the new Dunkin Donuts! My 1st impression is a very large interior space, but a little stark also in appearance. We did talk to one of the staff members there and he was very friendly and informative. The donuts are brought in fresh at around 430am, so I would guess you better get there early am to get fresh ones. I’ll have to experiment on that and get back to you. We did try their donut holes, just because, and as expected, not fresh. I did like the sign greeting to Paxton Township, which is pretty cool. Breakfast special and several sandwiches looked pretty good. Will definitely have to get there early am to try.

The management here is absolutely amazing. They always make sure every customer is satisfied. It’s nice to see that that management could turn this place into a welcoming , friendly environment. I don’t know there names but I think they have some great with this store. I would recommend anyone to go here . It is so welcoming and I’m happy to see the staff smiling and being so kind.

I ordered wicked munchkins. I did not get the wicked munchkins and no one thought to tell me. I ordered a PSL – hot. Not only was it cold but there was no pumpkin. The store is understaffed but the people there just suck. They are so disorganized. Like how do you work on someone else’s meal in front of me without even finishing mine. They were busy but customer service skills is easily attainable while being busy.

I think the girl that works at night is great she goes above and beyond to help me n other customers . Very very welcoming always working hard . I’ve done drive thru and dine in and she is welcoming either way I order. It’s nice to go in somewhere that is so friendly and welcoming. I wish I knew her name but she there every time I come after work.

there was literally a whole HAIR in my loaded hashbrowns this morning. it was on the side of the cup and they literally slapped a lid on it and threw it in the bag. i work next door and we were busy all day, so when i finally got in, there was no manager and nobody had anything to say. gave me a refund but didnt even apologise and really couldnt care less. CLEARLY there is no hygiene policies in place and i cant begin to imagine how disgusting the rest of the place is. pretty much every employee ive dealt with except maybe 2 has had an attitude as well. will NOT be returning to this dunkin!!!!!!!!!

Not rating the quality of the food, was just handed a shaken espresso covered top to bottom on the outside with coffee. My credit card was handed back to me covered with coffee. Employees should change gloves more often to reduce contamination risk. At least there were napkins in the bag!
