They didn’t give me sauce and when I asked for some the Lady gave me attitude saying my order didn’t come with it and that next time I need to order separately. When I got home I double checked my online order and the combo I ordered DOES include the sauce and I saw on the sticker it DOES say crazy sauce……she gave me the sauce half empty

I am regular customer and constantly having an issue at this location.
I keep repeating the orders more than two times and receiving wrong items.
Whoever is taking orders is not good. Even repeating the orders more than two times, they keep doing wrong.
Today we called at 8.30 pm and repeated 2 times the order, she repeated well. I went there, repeat the order and paid it. I opened the box and again it was wrong order.
Cashier half ass my order. Chewing the gum infront of the customer. She said meaningless way sorry, and her attitude bother me alot and I asked refund.
Owner attention: Hire the people who are dedicated and willing to work.
Hire the people who understands the orders and following the orders well
Train the people not chewing the gum at the working area.

I’ve ordered from this LC solely because I know it’s a Muslim owned franchise and they claim to be very good at avoiding cross contamination. The woman at the front is always really sweet but every time I encounter the older male or the random teenage kids they have working, they’re barely moving and busy on their phones. I understand it’s a family business but certain family members are clearly not good for business. Today, the teenage boy working the front was dismissive and rude; didn’t even look up or say anything when I said thank you. His attention was clearly anywhere but the food and it wasn’t even busy. I got the herb and cheese crazy puffs with sauce and realized AFTER the children had eaten it that they had given us the pepperoni ones.
I was appalled and called the restaurant where the gentleman apologized and said he understood since he was also Muslim. Apparently the morning staff are less attentive and he claimed that they separate the vegetarian items from the non veg. But that was all. Not that $5 would make a difference and change the fact that one of them had been consumed but he didn’t even offer a refund. Sounded more like an inconvenience to him than anything else.

Food is weird looking and my pizzas always tastes undercooked or overcooked. I’m not even sure it’s real food most of the time. Also the place is really disgusting looking and feels like they don’t clean the place at all. Would not recommend it to anyone

My family loves ordering from this place but now you can’t order delivery over the phone and if you’re going to do delivery you have to use grubhub, DoorDash and other similar online services that charge you a premium for going through a third party rather than little Cesar’s website like what Domino’s. Huge mistake I’ll personally now be ordering from Domino’s where at least you can still pay under $20 for delivery to your house.

I used to order from this place and was satisfied in the past, but my recent experience was very disappointing. The pizza I received was clearly stale, as if it had been made long ago and simply reheated. On top of that, the staff was completely unhelpful and showed no interest in resolving the issue. There was no apology or attempt to make things right. This is not the kind of service I expected.
