We sat by the fireplace and it was warm, cozy with food and drinks served within reasonable time. The food is flavorful and bold. We tried a few items and are eager to try more. Great experience for our 1st visit. The staff was accommodating and our waitress, incredibly kind. As we left we were welcomed back by staff. Over all experience for a lunch date was perfect.

Very pleasant place to come and enjoy some drinks. It’s connected to the Sheraton Hotel, so you can drink as much as you’d like and still stay safe.
The food was tasty. We ordered the Brazilian pizza — it was very flavorful and good, but quite thin. Don’t expect it to fully satisfy your hunger; it works better as an appetizer.
I would definitely recommend the sprouts — they were absolutely amazing!
The service was excellent. We were seated outside, and the waitress was always checking on us. Congratulations to the team for such amazing service!

I had an incredible dinner at Mosaic and can confidently say this place deserves all five stars. From the moment we walked in, the service was outstanding, warm, attentive, and genuinely friendly. The staff made us feel welcome and taken care of throughout the entire evening.
The appetizers were a standout on their own. The Brussels sprouts were perfectly crispy and flavorful, the Red Curry Tomato Soup was so good that I ended up ordering it twice, and the shishito peppers were fresh, vibrant, and packed with just the right amount of heat. Every starter set the tone for an amazing meal.
For the main courses, I ordered the Shrimp Pappardelle and the BGP pizza, and both dishes blew me away. The pasta was rich, perfectly cooked, and full of flavor, and the pizza was surprisingly fantastic. As a New Yorker, I have high standards for pizza, and this one absolutely held its own with great crust, balanced toppings, and bold flavors.
We also tried a variety of cocktails, each one unique, beautifully presented, and delicious. It is clear the bar program puts real care into crafting creative and high quality drinks.
The menu offered a wide range of options, and every plate that came out, from our table and around the room, looked amazing. You can tell this restaurant values quality ingredients and meticulous preparation.
Overall, Mosaic delivered an exceptional experience from start to finish. Great food, great drinks, great people. I will absolutely be returning and recommending it to anyone looking for an elevated and memorable meal.

Incredible! I stayed at the adjoining Sheraton Hotel, but in no way would I refer to Mosaic as a “hotel restaurant.” This location could function completely stand alone and still stand out! All my meals here were not out of necessity but out of preference 🙂 The seating was always ample, no matter the time, and the service always friendly, accommodating, and punctual, no matter the customer presence! I really liked how they kept the menu simple, and discovered why when I took my first bite, QUALITY. There was something on the menu for everyone, even if a morning (or evening) beverage is all you want. I would easily eat here again, regardless of staying at the Sheraton, and recommend you to as well! There is a great little patio where you can be served and eat, AND the Sun Dial bridge is less than a minute stroll for some steps after a good meal! Thank you 🙂

Conveniently located next door to Redding Sheridan hotel, this is a casual suburban restaurant with pleasant decor and large screens in the bar area. Comfortable seating in a number of areas inside and out, and a nice busy buzz that allows for pleasant conversation. My husband ordered Redwood IPA and a burger he scored 7 out of his all time favorite 10. He reported it delicious and plentiful but wished for a few slices of bacon and more cheese. His heart is grateful for what he was served- ha! I enjoyed the beet salad with a grilled chicken tender. The fresh crisp greens were undressed which makes them less tasty. The blended beet dressing swirled into the bowl was dull. Dining room staff people were fantastic. Very attentive and friendly. Clearly they are making an effort to provide a good experience for diners.

The decor of this place is well done. Have nice cloth linen napkins. Ordered the Elk meat loaf and was excited tk try something different that might be full flavored. I asked to exchange esparagus for small side salad. This costs $2 extra on top of the meal that was already over $30. But I agreed and sat waiting for my salad. But apparently this place does not run by the normal order of food service in USA. I got my salad after my main entre. It was very small. My main disappointment was the mest loaf and potatoes. Meat loaf had very little flavor on its own so they had drenched it in the sauce they used. Sauce had a decent flavor but it was used to hide the fact that the mealaf had not flavor. The potatoes were not bad but also not good. They were just nothing I can find to complain about nor say anything positive about. There was only 3 tables with people and my water glass was empty for awhile before I had to request to get it filled. I think next time I am in this area I will not return.

Valentines day weekend date to the exploration museum and we ended up here for lunch. Nice atmosphere and the food was awesome. Tomato had a little spice and the brussel sprouts had layers of flavors.

Wildly overpriced. The food was competent. 24.00 for 6oz of flour, a few chunks of mozzarella and a few basil leaves is outrageous. The ingredients don’t taste like they were made in-house, and nothing about the flavor profile demands a premium price. Four pizzas that were less than 14 inches in diameter cost me $120.
The elk meatloaf was good, but again did not justify the premium price. Under seasoned and required a bit of salt and pepper.
If they dropped the prices by 20%, I would probably add a star or two to this review, but after a price point I can’t recommend it.
If you’re going for the “vibes” I want to feel good about yourself, maybe even a little bit pretentious, this is the venue for you.
To each their own.

The food was decent, average. I got the Lamb Smash Burger and I don’t think the description of the ‘Sando’ matched that I got. The description said two 3oz patties but the meat was very thin and flat. I liked the taste of the olives on the burger but I wish it had more flavor and weight. It was very light and the brioche bun was pretty dry. Rosemary Fries were cooked perfectly to my preference but again I wish it had more seasoning, as I didn’t taste the rosemary or enough salt. Cute restaurant overall.

Walking distance to the sundial bridge. Friendly staff on a busy evening. The Mexican corn soup was delicious. The blue berry drinks were refreshing on a hot day. The steak was tasty. Wings were a bit soggy but tasted great. Overall a solid spot for dinner.
