Ordered online under the “$9.99 ANY TOPPINGS” promotion. I selected stuffed crust and knowingly paid the $4 upgrade (making it $14.99), which is clearly disclosed.
However, when a topping was adjusted, the system silently reverted the pizza back to original crust without reverting the price. That means I was charged more than $9.99 for an original crust pizza during an “any toppings” promo with no disclosed topping limits.
When I asked the store to simply remake the pizza, the employee refused.
Either I paid for stuffed crust and didn’t receive it, or I was overcharged for an original crust pizza under a misleading promotion. There is no version of this where the charge is acceptable.
Broken pricing logic, misleading promo language, and shockingly unprofessional customer service. Avoid.

Raw dough on a pizza is not the worst thing in the world. Having a heated conversation with a horrible manager is priceless. Please get this guy some vacation time and a raise so he can maybe be more friendly. Its just a pizza! My guy Shaq would be disappointed! Lets be better….

Owen was the only one working at night and he had everyone’s order ready on time. I know this because there was people in front of me. He also took orders while cooking the food and cashing people out. I don’t know how he was so friendly under all of that stress I would be under. I would highly recommend this Papa John’s. If you’re looking for pizza in Mount Orab Come to Papa John’s hopefully Owen will be working

Food is great. Employees not so much. Over an hour wait on a Thursday for 1 pizza was a bit much when there was Noone there? I asked how much longer it would be since they would be closing soon and the “manager” said well did you place an order… uh yeah over an hour ago lady. She then didn’t know where it was then magically appeared and was being delivered? Poor management but great employees that are cooking and delivering. Please take these comments seriously owner’s! Your employers are great! Your managers are awful

OK, ok, ok. First time I’ve ordered from Papa John’s maybe second time I don’t know 30 minutes before they close. I know a little late but who cares tell me it’s gonna be 45 minutes before my pizza gets here OK OK I get it. It’s busy night Giovanni‘s is closed. LaRosa’s possibly closed. Domino’s is open, but I thought Papa John had better toppings. Once I get the pizza, I’ll come back and let you know what I think of the pizza. Omg, maybe he meant 1045, at my house in 23 minutes and the pizza is delicious. Five stars. Winner winner, chicken dinner or maybe winner winner pizza dinner

My experience at PapaJohns was absolutely terrible!! I came in to pick up my order and the manager “Justin” was screaming at the employees and being absolutely disgusting with them because there was apparently one mistake made so he decided to yell at them and then mocked one of the employees because she had said she was going to the national guard and told her that she was only going to be able to work one day a week since she couldn’t work weekends because of training and then continued to talk down on her. This is absolutely unacceptable and I will no longer be going to papa John’s being that this is the way there managers treat there staff.

Most people don’t know Mount Orab has a Papa John’s because it’s mainly hidden by the park. It still has some pretty good pizza though and some nice employees.

Can someone please get their ac fixed for them? Hottest days of the year, health warnings everywhere and they are cooking over hot ovens with no ac! At least bring them some fans or better yet close down, pay them until you get it fixed. The employees god bless them were super nice and did great!!
