Great experience today at Arby’s in Wylie!! Usually go to McDonald’s for a fish sandwich during Lent. This year we tried Arby’s meat & 3 box with their fish sandwich as our meat choice. Delicious!!! Fish was hot and fresh. Crazy good!!

Used the drive thru and apparently they are against asking a customer with a large order to pull forward and have someone bring it out. I order 2 sliders and potato cakes and i waited for 15 minutes just for the person working drive thru to have me waiting another 10-15 minutes when i got to the window

I was really disappointed with my visit to Arby’s. My soda was completely flat, and there was no ice in the machine—I had to go up front and ask for some. The chicken tenders were overcooked and dry, definitely not worth the price. I stood waiting at the counter for about 7 minutes before anyone even came to help me. When I finally got my food, two items from my order were missing, and I had to remind the staff to get them. Overall, slow service, poor food quality, and lack of attention to detail.

This was only my second time at an Arbys and I must say I’ve been missing out. I usually eat the Filet-O-fish at McDonald’s but the Arby’s Fish burger rivals it. The size of their fish burger was larger and I loved the taste.
The service was great and my son loved ringing the “service bell” as we walked out. The kids that acknowledged the bell ringing was fun as well.
One thing they can improve on is the cleanliness of their restroom. Otherwise, the food, store layout, store appeal and service is great.

Bad time management with dining area amd drive thru waited almost 30min for the guy to say he was swamped with drive thru and order ahead, he already had a person in the drive thru that could’ve grabbed the food for drive thru and at least taken our order, I would’ve alternated take 3 drive thru and 3 dine in, to get the flow going, but his priority was the drive thru
