Food was what you would expect. Fries are tasty and chicken was nice and crisp but the blizzards are the reason to eat here so good! The staff was absolutely pleasant the 2 women I interacted with were great and service was quick. Overall great experience. I never rate fastfood but the staff was so nice that I just wanted to let everyone know how great they were <3

Ordered the meal deal, which is seven dollars online but their app charges eight. And the webpage specifically outlined that it is not kids size portion. This was absolutely a kid size portion… boo!!

Service experience. Rebekah who was running orders on July 4th was extremely kind, patient and helped orders move along swiftly. She deserves a raise based on how well she interacted with customers during such a busy time. If more people like her worked there that place would be 5 stars all the time.

It’s what you’d expect from DQ in terms of items and quality. During busy times I feel this one is a little faster because they have dedicated preparers and you get a number that’s called when the order is ready.

I wish I got the young girls name…. she was probably 20ish, long dark hair tied back in braids, she had some chain necklaces. Anyway…I have a point. We ordered Blizzards and when my husband tried it, it had lil chocolate pieces in it. He says to me, “Oh I don’t like chocolate, I didn’t know that was in here.”
She offered him something new! I was shocked!!! I was not expecting that at all. He was really just saying it to me too! It was his fault, he didn’t read it.

I was waiting in this store for almost half an hour for a to go order. I was handed a metal number and said it would be brought to me. All of the staff looked at me and didn’t say anything. Finally I went to the counter to check on my order and was told that they looked for me at the counter but couldn’t find me. Funny I was facing the counter sitting in a booth. No one came to look or ask who has this number order. No apology just excuses. For my first time here this will be my last.

If you’ve never had a DQ grill and chill, I’d say it’s comparable to a Burger King, but with much better drink options. This one has a Coke freestyle machine on top of the selection of shakes, Blizzards and slushes.
The food was all well prepared, as in fresh and correctly cooked / assembled. Our order was correct when it was brought to us table side.
The whipped cream on the shakes was skimped and normally I wouldn’t make a big deal of it, but everything was so expensive so you expect it all to be perfect. That said, this is a nitpick. Staff was friendly, helpful and urgent. Dining room was super clean and the air conditioning keep it comfortable on one of the hottest days of the summer.
Definitely get your money’s worth with this for such an expensive fast food joint, but it doesn’t make your wallet hurt less.
