It’s crazy that they mess up something so simple but best believe I’m going to be calling corporate because we called up here and the manager has the Nerve to say “you know what” and then hang up. It was my partner‘s birthday today and we ordered two pizzas with crazy bread. One was supreme, and it came with absolutely no all it’s on it. They want us to stop our birthday party that we already had planned out to go and replace this pizza that should’ve been made right in the first place. Supreme is a super common pizza took it so you’re telling me that whoever you have making the pizzas doesn’t know how to make a supreme pizza.
The manager (Arely) rather than accepting that she messed up, just tried to keep saying that they were busy. No matter how busy you are A supreme pizza should not have been messed up. And I understand that you are busy, but we should not have to stop our celebration because we called ahead of time to make sure that the order was right. Then she also tried to say that all is didn’t come on a supreme pizza, which I even looked it up online and that is not the truth. I am going to be calling and getting the corporate number and I am going to be filling a complaint on here first thing in the morning. The fact that they have managers with such terrible customer service is crazy to me. This location has always been on the crappy side, but this visit tops all of them

Employees were sitting around creating a line that lasted 40 minutes as they were laughing picking their eyes and noses and the girl stood there holding our food for 5 minutes talking to another employee, they created a traffic jam in the road from the line that formed from sheer incompitance, lack of integrity and respect for customers and refusal to actually exert the bare minimum of effort anything with a pulse should have. The pizza was cold and the breadsticks were smashed and slimy.

I’m not sure how you even get a pizza here. I’ve been twice in two weeks and left both times with nothing. Once their machines weren’t working after I set in line then went in. 2nd time they say pull up to the window to take your order instead of just taking it on the speaker. Sat behind 2 cars for 25 minutes then left. The owner is really losing out on sales from all the people I see leaving without buying anything.

I love coming here to this location because the food is always good! I use the drive thru because it’s more convenient. The last few times that I have came through the drive thru, when I get to the speaker they request to come to the window instead of ordering through the speaker. I would understand if I was the only person in line, but tonight there were multiple vehicles in the drive thru and I still was requested to order at the window. When I got to the window while going through the payment process he was continuously having conversation not work related with other employees and requesting other vehicles to come to the window. I’m all for fun and conversation while working because it makes the shift go by quicker but felt disrespectful to guests for not taking their order while at the speaker.

Poorly cut if cut at all. Burnt ! POORLY MADE.. delivered by Uber Eats if I had a vehicle I would have taken them all back. All 7 pizzas were only edible within a few slices per pizza. Never again will I order from here. Highly disappointed

Did I wait almost an hour for garlic parmesan wings? Yes but they were so good and the staff was swamped and very kind and updated me on the wait. Person ahead of me wiped out the hot and ready pizzas so I wasn’t too worried about the wait.

This location is going down hill fast and has been for a while! I’m surprised they are still running! I went in on 5/9 and went threw the drive way and ordered one stuffed crust, one deep dish, crazy bread and a order of bbq wings. I was asked to pull forward even though I was the only one there at the time. I ended up waiting a total of 40ish minutes for my food. I went in to check on my order and I was ignored. No one would talk to me not even a “hey we are still working on your food” or anything. Well I finally got my food and got home when I sat down I took a bite of one of the wings (They looked like that had been cooked) but it was completely RAW! it was rubbery and gross. So as mad as I was I wasn’t about to drive back up to the store so I tried to call them 7 times no one would pick up. So I have filed a complaint with corporate. If your going to run a fast food restaurant you need to learn how to. Rather then being rude, unprofessional, and giving people raw and messed up food!!!!

Service was fast, atmosphere was as much as it could be for the place, but the food was a turn down. I ordered through the app, deep dish, slice and stix, and pepperoni cheese bread, the deep dish was under cooked, dough was undone, the slice-n-stix, was completely soft no where near what you could call crust, the pepperoni cheese bread, however was the only thing fully cooked. My recommendation is to order your pizza well done, unless you want to finish baking it at home.
