We spent a lovely afternoon with a group of colleagues at Rajarani Bakery, and we thoroughly enjoyed the food, the service, and the atmosphere of the lovely cafe! I personally was obsessed with the cakes! I got a few slices to go. Really lovely place, that I would recommend to my friends and will be happy to return.

Tried a bunch of things on different days – fish thali, paratha & veg kurma combo, masala puri, veg puff, and chicken puff.
Honestly, the taste is great. you really feel like you’re in India! The vibe inside is just like back home, and the South Indian dishes I tried were authentic.
The staff were super attentive, checking in multiple times to make sure we were happy with our food-always smiling too.Definitely worth a visit and a dine-in experience. They also have cakes, pastries, and a few namkeen snacks.

Came here coz of a colleague’s recommendation, and so glad I did. Ordered Bangalore masala puri, masala vada sundal chaat and honey cake. Masala vada chaat was average but Bangalore masala puri and honey cake just made my day. The cake is not overly sweet it’s just perfect sweetness and masala puri is just so flavorful. Would definitely recommend this.

I loved the wide variety of bakery and chaat items available here – they seem to have almost everything! Some of the things we tried:
• Honey cake – 10/10
• Bhel puri – 7/10
• Pani puri – 7/10
• Veg Maggi – 7/10
• Schezwan fried rice – 10/10
• kalan – 8/10 (my first time trying it, so hard to judge, but my Coimbatore friend said it’s the best!)
• Cake – 8/10
They also had lots of nostalgic bakery items like cream buns and coconut buns. The whole place feels like a throwback for 90s kids.

Loved my visit to Raja Rani Bakery on El Camino! The staff were super friendly and even gave us a few complimentary items, which was such a nice surprise. The pav bhaji was amazing—full of flavor and totally hit the spot. I really appreciated that they gave 3 pavs instead of the usual 2 that most places offer—small detail, but it makes a big difference! The chicken chettinad sandwich was legit—authentic and super tasty. And the truffle pastry? So good. Rich, not overly sweet, and just perfect. They also serve proper Indian kari, which is super rare to find in the US. Overall, awesome food, great vibes—definitely coming back.

This Indian bakery is a must-visit. There are few places that offer such a wide variety with consistent quality- sweet and savory treats, Indo-Chinese fusion, and regional favorites all in one spot. The chicken puff is next level, and the lilva kachori chaat is uniquely tasty. Don’t miss the veg manchurian, fried rice, tawa fish, appam with chicken korma, chicken kottu parotta, biryani or the KitKat shake. Customizable spice levels of certain dishes make it even better.
Love that they serve everything (except To Go drinks) in steelware—sustainable, thoughtful and homey. No unnecessary frills—just a focus on great taste and quality. The simplicity speaks for itself, even in the photos. Clean, welcoming space with excellent service— special shout out to Sebastian. Make sure you also take home some of their Khari and cookies!
Let’s support this gem and the hardworking team behind it!
