I’ve never had this happen to me before – but I was denied service at the drive through because I didn’t order within a 1 minute time span at 3 PM today (the place was dead to say the least so I am not sure what the rush was). As soon as I was informed that 1 minute of looking over the menu was too long – I asked if I could order and was still told to come inside and that I had to leave the drive through. I’ve worked food service so I always try to be patient and understanding, but the employee who works the drive through regularly (with a mask and glasses) always rushes me through my orders and seems very stressed out by his job. Probably not going to come here anymore even with it being so close to my job.

Ordered a Taco 12 party pack, 2 burrito supremes and 5 piece chicken nuggets. Got home and several crunchy tacos were broken. If I wanted a taco salad I would have ordered one.
Placed my order through the drive thru. Asked for a beef only burrito, repeated back bean burrito. NO. So just forget it. The drive through menu board is missing menu screen. If you go by this place at night the parking lot lights are out, the drive thru screen is not lite.
From the time we pulled up to order to getting out food they have the most rudest working employees at this location.
My opinion: Avoid ordering from this place. Go to another location if you can. Call Taco Bell and report this location and service. Ask for the district managers number or for him to contact you.

Tried to get me some tacos, but it didn’t work out. Poor customer service went in to ask him about my order 27 minutes later and the guy says we don’t need your bad energy. What bad energy soBe careful here, they do not use gloves. They’re hygiene is poor. And they are rude as hell beware just go to State Avenue much much better service. I will be calling the health department on this place as well.

This place was horrible! If I could give them less than a star I would. Food came out fast, but was gross. Chicken was old, coleslaw was terrible, fries were floppy. I love KFC, but this was baaad.

Generally Bad, avoid this taco bell. The tacos are all skimpy on meat and they didnt even bother to build the Box meals, just threw everything in the bag, and they made me wait just to forget 3 tacos on my order. Save your sanity, go down the road.

Website Says it’s open until 12am. Showed up at 11:10 in the drive through.. no one came over the speaker at all. I called the store and no one answered. There was a white Chrysler in the parking lot. You either need to update your hours online or hire new help.
