Listen we come here literally several times a week and the last few weeks have been atrocious. Every time we order rare beef it comes out well done, we get a new sandwich and it’s jacked up too. The wait the last couple of weeks has been literally 25-30 minutes per order and it needs to be addressed. Came in a week ago at lunch place was closed doors locked girl out front said they forgot to order food and didn’t get anything delivered. Every time I speak to the manager and express everyone’s concerns he just smiles and says sorry. Everyone here is super nice and I hate to give this review but something needs to change immediately. I was just in line and about 4 people walked out after a 30 minute wait after getting a refund. Just do yourself a favor and skip this one I hate to say it. Pictures below are my sandwiches a week in a row I ordered rare. Place is dirty and just needs to be taken control by a leader is all.

One of the best fast food restaurants around! Friendly employees. Slightly higher prices than your typical burger joint, but the quality shows in the food. Connected to Phillips 66 gas station/Q-Stop convenience store. Great place!

Good roast beef that’s about it. Nice staff I guess. Very pricey. Paid $8 for a sandwich and a soda.

Okay guys, here’s the thing, I make and read reviews and make decisions based upon much of what I see and read too at times. You either aren’t checking the reviews for the last year or close to it because you NEED TO ADDRESS THE PROBLEM. We literally are the ones you need to impress or Lions choice will cease to exist. My mate and I went in and ordered late because of being busy and helping others that day and were met with “We’re closing in 5 minutes can you get it for take out?” Which kind of ticked me off after working restaurants and never asking people to do that no matter how close to closing we were. My husband ordered trash fries and found out they are well named. We weren’t given a choice as to which ones and what we ended up with were basically “cheese fries”. Now, if we had asked for that, they’d have been on the money but there was literally nothing else on it to match any one of the 3 different kinds and that’s ridiculous whenever they’re priced the same as a meal was 2 years prior. My king sandwich is bright pink and don’t even know why when you can’t purchase raw ROAST beef in the store – it doesn’t exist. Just COOK IT THOROUGHLY and you’ll fix this. Who orders a sandwich that’s still mooing for crying out loud. I want to change this post back to a good review SO MAKE THE EFFORT AND GET IT TOGETHER. I had to re-cook my freaking sandwich at home and now it’s almost 9pm. FIX your set up folks or you’re the ones to lose out. Hurry up because you haven’t got long. People are getting sick of being GOUGED at $25+ for TWO SANDWICHES and ONE fries and ONE drink!!!! I can get table service at sit down restaurants that will cook their roast beef and not RIP ME OFF my chilli cheese fries minus the chilli. Yes this is a SCATHING review because YOU’RE NOT RESPONDING TO ANYONE! If you respond to this one. I MIGHT CHANGE IT☝ Until then, not a chance!!!!!

Meal cost 11.48. Gave kid at drive up 21.50 so i could get a ten dollar bill back. He put the dollar to the side and rings in 20.50. It tell him to give back 9.02 which is right but he uses my original dollar as part of the 9.02 in change. Then i tried to explain but more schooling was needed on his part. What do u do?

Second time in a week I’ve went to lions choice to get my kids a cone and they wouldn’t serve us. First night they claimed to have shut the machine down for cleaning. (Okay cool although they weren’t closed yet I just brushed it off!) This Time they claim they just ran out of ice cream… Sorry but the store is still open so stop cutting the ice cream off short of closing time!! Pleaseeeeeee!!

Went in drive thru- sat for 5 minutes before someone answered to take my order. Asked if the meat was red like medium or more brown like well- girl said red so i proceeded to order a king beef. Go home And my meat was all brown and thick and looked like it was old and remicrowaved. Could not even eat my sandwich.

My son has celiac disease. Lion’s Choice has been a life saver for us with all of their gluten free foods. The manager Rudy and worker Maddy were so kind to him when we came in!

Normally 5 stars, However… instead of receiving Au Jus in 6 cups, i got 6 empty cups.
Told employees of the missing items and they said “you must have ordered just the cups”…hmm, I dont think that is even possible.
The proper response should have been to just re-do the Au Jus.
Poor customer service on the issue, gets them only 2 stars today. Please better train employees. Thanks.
