I ordered a meal via Uber, Dairy Queen put a container of sauce in the bag (I never asked for sauce) I wouldn’t have cared but the sauce has a culture of mold growing on the top of it and I couldn’t eat the rest of my meal because of it. I tried getting a refund but I only got 2 dollars backs my meal was 24 dollars, I’m more worried about food safety then the $ but still frustrated I only got 2 bucks back

It would be helpful to tell customers about the extra dipping sauce fee. I substituted a drink for a blizzard and paid the same price. I would’ve been better off getting a drink with my meal and buying a blizzard separately. The blizzard had a hair in it The chicken strips were good taste wise but of the 4 strips, one of them was half the size compared to the others. It was really flat and mostly breading. So it’s like I got 3 strips for the price of 4.

Love the new remodel! I have always stopped by here because it was so convyto get ice cream/food and take my son to the park next door. Decided to dine in today and the food was hot, staff was nice and the bathroom is clean!! So definitely gave 5 stars!

We stopped in at this Dairy Queen to grab a bite to eat on 2/18 5p. We stood in the front lobby while they were servicing the drive-through. Never once speaking to us or even attempting to take our order but noticed our presence several times finally, We left.

I have not been to DQ in a while, and I must say that me and my Wife was disappointed on our visit here. My Granddaughter was the only one satisfied. She had the Sundae with only hot fudge. I had a hot fudge Sundae with nuts, and my Wife had a think mint blizzard. My Sunday had nuts on it with the hull on it, not very appealing having to eat that. I was more used to the nut topping type of nuts. My Wife said it seemed as though her ice cream was old.

I only get a blizzard from dairy queen. The blizzard was good . Friend said there chicken fingers were good . They parking lot is not the best. They almost forgot to give one item from our order but other than that the service was good . As well the enter and exit area.

We visited this Dairy Queen and were very disappointed to learn — the hard way — that they don’t participate in the DQ rewards program. Even though they use the Dairy Queen name, they don’t honor points, bonuses, or promotions. When we asked about it, the manager was extremely rude and dismissive, basically saying “we don’t participate” like it’s our problem.
If you’re someone who uses points to help treat your family, especially on a tight budget, this is a frustrating experience. It’s really disappointing and feels unfair. Just a heads-up for others before you spend your money here.

I went to Drive Thru. I don’t know if their dining room is open, since the fire remodel. I think that $11.00 is over-priced for a fish sandwich and a medium ! Add a drink, and you could’ve gone to a real restaurant instead, for the high prices.
Also, the fish is never white inside, like BK or McDonald’s fish sandwiches; it’s always a grayish color!? Taste is ok.
