Reviews
Parking: There’s free parking lots and parking garages. Easy to find a spot on weekdays and difficult on the weekends.
Ambiance/Environment: Love the interior decor. They have a beach, skater, surfer theme. There’s plenty of indoor seating with a good amount of outdoor seating too. Perfect for all group sizes.
Service: It wasn’t as busy on a Tuesday night. There was only one cashier at the time. We did wait a while to order, but a second cashier finally came and took us to the bar to order. We didn’t catch her name, but she was quick and efficient.
What we ordered:
1) Mr. Lee’s Scream’n Chicken Burrito – Mr. Lee’s chili sauce was absolutely flavorful! Apparently it’s suppose to be “spicy,” but I didn’t think it was spicy at all. I think it’d be better without the mushrooms. Other than that, it was still good though!
2) Hawaiian Onion Ring Burrito – My bf made this a combo with white rice and black beans. This burrito was also flavorful and filled! All the ingredients went well together. The rice & beans tasted as expected.
3) Cajun Fries – I like their version of Cajun. It’s not the usual Cajun seasoning we’re familiar with. We really enjoyed it!
Pricing: It was definitely worth its price. We left fulfilled and satisfied!
The atmosphere is very unique, felt like I was at a beach cafe. Service was good, and most staff seemed to enjoy being there, which is a nice change from other shops in which staff can seem miserable. We’ll be back when we’re visiting Spectrum in the future.
