Here at the Calumet Noodles store, we are blessed to have Mercedes. She’s the sweetest nicest person working there. Always a friendly smile, helping to make your day better with a on your receipt, and not just going through the motions while working there. I’ve been around the world eating at all sorts of places and have yet to find such a friendly, hardworking, and solid girl like her so Mercedes, you’re doing an awesome job making sure everyone is happy at Nooodles, and I said I would write a review tonight. Keep being yourself because we need more people like you to lift our day and to help us when coming to your store. You’re boss should be very proud of you. It is my favorite Noodles location because you’re there and I always feel better when seeing you. Big hugs! Take care, from your admirer and loyal customer, Chris. Extremely high wait times even when they are dead. Placed my order in store and watched them make 10-12 deliverys and not a single in-store order. Once placed my order through there website and waited almost an hour and a half for my dinner. I didn’t even order during a typical dinner rush time. They should shut down the lobby of this location and make it delivery or pick up and this point since they don’t care about the people sitting in their lobby starving

Waited over 45 minutes and still didn’t get my food, poor customer service for mediocre food. Not my first poor experience with the location either, they seem to consistently mess up orders and take forever to make noodles. You would think that they would be able to keep up with order considering they make one of the easiest meals, all they need to do is boil water and grill some meat. It’s not rocket science. If you choose to dine in know that you will be their lowest priority and will wait. Manager worked her butt off when we were there but everyone else couldn’t do their job to save their lives.

With how much toppings cost can you guys PLEASE add the toppings that I am paying for.
It’s hit or miss. Sometimes they fill the noddles up to the brim, times like now when they fill it halfway with noodles. Sometimes there’s spinach & tomatoes sometimes not. I feel like it depends who’s working but 1 thing that’s always consistent is I don’t get the toppings I add.

This location cannot seem to get it together when it comes to evening rushes. If you place an order using the app, fully expect to wait 20-40 minutes past when the app says your order is “ready.” I haven’t had this issue at any other noodles locations, ever, but here? At least a dozen times. I’ve put off writing this review for so long because the food is good and the service is generally friendly, but this is getting ridiculous. Tonight, I waited for 35 minutes past my “ready” time, and when I finally asked the staff about it, they told me it should be ready soon but they just ran out of rice noodles for my Pad Thai. She ended up refunding me and was nice/apologetic about it. Unfortunately, I really don’t think I’ll be able to order from this location again in the future.

Love Noodles typically. Tonight was a bad miss. There’s never enough sauce, which I can deal with. I just order extra sauce. Today the sauce is chunky and the chicken seems a bit translucent. I was starving, so I ate almost half. Here’s to hoping I haven’t been poisoned. Two stars because the noodles were cooked well and it was ready on time.

I love this noodles location!! The employees are amazing, especially Cam, they are my favorite. The store is typically clean, wait isn’t too long most the time, and the foods always great.
