Foods really hot; and they weren’t out of anything like some other Panda locations so huge plus there. Did have some dirty counters and floors. They didn’t ask me for my rewards but it was okay because I remembered but it still woulda been nice to be asked consistently. It never happens at any panda I’ve been to. I always run out of rice too. The proportions were just off compared to what I usually get. They did ask if I’d like to dine in or carry out so good deal there. They also greeted me right away and asked us if we’re together or separate and then offered to split my rice and chow mein hence the 4 star. Didn’t look I. The bathrooms at all but water was nice and cold!

One of the worst experiences at Panda Express I’ve ever had. Went to get dinner for my family at 5:10pm on 2/5. Ordered my food, and waited in line behind the car at the window for 10 minutes before even getting to the window. Pull up to the window and was told that they were out of Orange Chicken and that it would be another 10-15 minutes. There was no “so sorry about that” “thank you for your patience” nothing. Just a rude employee who said “see ya” and shut the window in my face. So incredibly frustrating. Looking at these other reviews I would humbly suggest you get a new manager for this location. If you want customer service from employees who care about their customers, DO NOT COME TO THIS PANDA EXPRESS!

Used to be good. Now they refuse to make fresh food. I waited for 15 minutes for shrimp and the rice pot was more than half empty. They moved it to the drive thru. I asked if they will replace the rice in the bar and she said no. Terrible. New management has been terrible for a while now. Smh

Corporate you have to do something about this store! It is the most consistently awful location we’ve ever been to. From steak to hard to chew to Kung Pow having so many chilis in it it was inedible.
We travel all over the US and Panda is one of the only chains we stop at bc we appreciate your quality and consistency. This location is destroying your brand name bc of how bad and inconsistent the food is here.
The staff have always been nice here but with the food so bad we actually drive twice as far to go to a different one. Please corporate look into this location and help them improve the consistency and quality. It sucks not being able to go to our local panda when we visit panda all over the US while we’re traveling.

Great service, very polite workers. We had Michelle serve us and she had a smile on her face and was very friendly. She made sure that we were beyond satisfied with our experience and went above and beyond. The staff made fresh food in short times and we had a large order. They got it fast and were very nice.

I needed a nice sit down meal. So I knew Panda Express was on my way home. And it was quick and easy. Honey sesame chicken and green beans. Was my choice. And it was excellent service was great and the cashier.

This is the worst Panda Express I’ve ever been to. They repeatedly mess up my order. Even though I order ONLINE where everything is conveniently LISTED, and LABELED. Every time you ask to speak to a manager, they hide behind their employees. They’ve messed up my order the past FIVE times I’ve been here. I even gave it a 6 month break before trying this location again. What did they do? Give me my order WITHOUT my food. Then act completely shocked by it. Never coming to this Panda again.
