The boy who took my order was great. Super nice. But told me it would be a few minutes wait on my food and would I mind pulling forward.. so I did and he comes out two minutes later. I’m expecting hot fries and a hot burger. The fries were as old as me and my burger was not hot. The chicken fries were only warm. The taste wasn’t BAD it just wasn’t great.

Absolutely terrible . Staff was cussing and I came in not one person said hi waited 20 mins for someone to take my order. Then waited 30 for food . And they didnt have a care in the world 5 customers after me walked out. Shame on management. My kids had to listen to cussing from your employee. Drive thru times dont matter more then manners. Big time upset .

On this day 10/23/2025 Worst burger king in the state of west, virginia. The manager was a big blonde haired lady did not have no name tag so I cannot provide the name. Was very rude. I ordered a fully loaded croissant meal. I asked for it not to be microwaved, because they microwave all their sandwiches. It makes it tastes awful. I waited 20 minutes to get one sandwich. Hash rounds and an orange juice. Food was cold and not made properly. Burger king the queen of microwaving

Don’t waste time if you want to dine in and the drive thru is too long. Apparently they’re short staffed. We can’t fit in 8 ft high drive thru and dine in close. The manager just did not care that I put this review on. He said thank you when I said I am letting travelers know not to waste their time. Go to Taco Bell or Wendy’s. The Wendy’s is clean and new and friendly

Not impressed at all with this burgerking! If you have a truck do not try to go through the drive thru. It’s so small that you will literally get stuck. Customer service was not great.. no greetings just hand your food and slam door in your face.

Overall, I had a positive experience. Although the service was a bit slow, the staff were friendly and pleasant. The standout item for me was the fresh onion rings, which were crispy and delicious. The burger was also cooked to perfection and on-point. I appreciated the clean and well-maintained restaurant, making for an enjoyable dining experience. Despite the slower service, I will return to Burger King.

Not a great BK, but it’s near by. One guy is top drawer employee and he clearly does most of the work. The other one seemed like she was unsure about everything and sort of stood back, like she expected him to jump in and do it for her. Also, I almost got out the Door w/o my entire order. I would have, if I hadn’t stopped to buy a lottery ticket. Also, they stop selling ice cream at 6 pm, so people wanting ice cream or shakes for after dinner snack have to get in line at Dairy Queen, I guess. Plus, it seems like the burgers are precooked a little, so they aren’t super hot when you get them. They still taste good, though, but I couldn’t give them five stars becuz if that fact. Fries are hot. It seems like they’ve been out of something or at least, not all the menu has been available, –every time I’ve been there. I LOVE Burger King, but this location isn’t up to the standards of the others. Still, it’s Burger King, so it’s not terrible.
