We went to Revolving Sushi Factory for a dad and daughter outing, and it was an awesome experience. The revolving sushi setup is such a cool concept and instantly makes the meal fun, especially for kids. Everything we tried was fresh, well made, and easy to grab as it came around.

The atmosphere was relaxed, the staff was friendly, and it felt more like an experience than just dinner. My daughter loved it, and honestly so did I. Great food, great vibe, and a fun memory made. We’ll definitely be back.

Overall this was a great experience for the family. You would really have to like sushi. There are other food options for those who just aren’t big on sushi. We did the all you can eat for $30/person. We may or may not have over-paid, but nobody left hungry. I only say that because, two in our party that are not big on sushi, but ate plenty of ramen.

The staff is friendly. Once seated, they get your drink order, explain how to order food, and leave you to it. For the all-you-can-eat, you pick whatever from the conveyor belt. You can also order items that are not on the conveyor belt from the tablet above the table. Some menu items do cost extra. Drinks are not included.

The establishment is very clean. Anytime you need a refill, there is a button on the tablet to alert the staff. Items ordered from the tablet come out on the bullet train. We didn’t have to wait long for ordered items to come out. Definitely worth a visit if you’re around the Mall of Georgia area.

I was really disappointed with this revolving sushi restaurant, especially since it was for a birthday dinner. The interior is beautiful, and the decorations are well done. The staff was also friendly, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives ended.

The food presentation and quality were not good at all. Everything felt dirty, dusty, and sticky, which immediately took away from the experience. The sushi itself did not taste fresh, and overall the food was very underwhelming. Very dusty and smelly plates. Bowls all dirty.

What really surprised me was that they didn’t even have real wasabi just the packaged imitation wasabi made with corn oil. That alone was disappointing, especially for a place that presents itself as a quality sushi restaurant.

I honestly don’t understand how this place has a 4.3 rating, especially when Kura Revolving Sushi Bar has a 4.0 and delivers a much better experience. In my opinion, this restaurant is closer to a 3.0 at best. Definitely not what I expected, and not somewhere I’d choose again for a special occasion.

I dine out on a regular basis. have eaten at a Revolving Restaurant and a Sushi Restaurant several times before. This was my first time at a Revolving Sushi Factory.

I know other diners speak highly of their experiences. I just left the restaurant and I do not plan to return.

I was meeting a Dining Club for lunch. But I arrived much earlier with one other guest. We asked if we could go ahead and get a table for two. And asked them to remove me from the Club’s Reservation.

Mass Chaos Ensued!

The restaurant insisted a table could only be AYCE or a la carte but not mixed. We understood this and asked for two separate tables.

They acted like they had multiple reservations under the honstess’ name. They couldnt seem to understand basic math to.change the reservation by one (me).

So we got two tables and had vastly different service. My waitress did not leave a menu or fully explain in advance how to.order on the electrictronic menu.

I asked if they had a Lychee Drink? (Ot’s on the picture menu.) I wanted to confirm it was non-alcoholic. The waitress instead answered it was milky.

I am Asian. I really felt like explaining the obvious that I’m Asian also and I have had the milky looking Lychee Drink before. I know what it is!

My waitress basically dropped off my beverages, picked up one set of empty plates and disappeared when I was trying to pay the bill.

My friend in the a la carte section had an exceptional waitress who explained the ordering system and was attentive.

Meanwhile the Dining Club all arrived and were allowed to sit in a mixed AYCE and a la carte table.

Food wise I would rate this slightly better than an Asian Buffet Sushi.

The Red Bean Dessert has a $1 surcharge. Some of the menu items had a surcharge.

There is a surcharge if you do not finish your food.

I came back after a year, and while the quality seems to have decreased compared to before, the price remains the same, which is nice.

Thank you for the delicious meal

I recommend the mango roll; it’s delicious!

Great selection of fresh sushi options, and served to order appetizers, ramen, don (rice bowls), and desserts. We did the all-you-can-eat option, and they were running a special discount for their 2-year anniversary. It was about 6:15 when we arrived but it was not too busy yet. The hostesses/servers kept our water glasses full and picked up empty plates often. It was super easy to order things off the tablet. I loved that the conveyor had the different sushi options grouped together with a sign preceding the variety – no guesswork involved. Read the sign to learn about what is coming next, and if you’re interested snag a plate! The salmon nigiri especially was very fresh and the spicy tuna roll never disappoints. We love gyudon and we were glad they offered it (they call it beef don on the menu). My husband lived in Japan for a couple of years and he noted that the flavor was very authentic compared to other establishments we’ve been to. The taiyaki is a great way to wrap up the meal; it was made to order, came out nice and hot, and the flavor was great. Altogether we spent about $62 after tip and it was definitely worth the stop!

I have not once had a bad experience at this location, food quality fluctuates in some visits but it does not take away from the overall experience.
The sushi is fresh, however order from the tablet if you want the freshest batch possible.
Food here is amazing. It may not beat a high end establishment, but the AYCE deals make up for it. There simply aren’t many restaurants out there that can beat the sheer value and quality you get from this establishment.
I visited this restaurant frequently (2-4 monthly visits for over a year) and I have been satisfied every single time. The lunch special boasts even greater value, but a smaller menu with some items at a discount. The dinner menu has the full menu with the more expensive options being reduced to $1. A-la-carte menu features normal, per-item pricing, ideal if you only plan on eating very few dishes. Overall, this restaurant features an exceptional combination of quality and quantity, with very minor and occasional inconsistencies.

Revolving Sushi Factory was my first try at this concept and I had a lot of fun. They offer all-you-can-eat and alternatively pay-by-plate, and the option to choose is nice! Most plates have 3 rolls, which rounds out to $1-$2 per roll in most cases for pay by plate, which is a great price. All of the dishes on the conveyor belt are labeled in their rows. They offer a variety of different sides and appetizers that you can easily order through a touch screen at your table, and will be delivered to you via a bullet train right above the conveyor belt (my favorite part!). Beware of busy times like weekends and late evenings, this place fills up quickly – but definitely check it out for this fun and novel concept!

Had a great time here. I like that they offer both AYCE and pay-by-plate options. If you can eat a lot, I think the AYCE is definitely worth it. They didn’t have a super wide variety of plates, but enough to be satisfying. It’s also nice that they have a tablet at the table to order specific things (including additional things you can pay for if you’re doing ACYE), and the food comes out on the super fast train thing on the conveyor belt or by a robot server thing. Not having to wait for the food to come out, especially when you’re doing AYCE, is very nice. I would definitely come here again!
