Their drumsticks are the size of Buffalo Wild Wings drum sticks. I got a 10 piece wings and drum sticks and these are the sizes of the drum sticks they gave me. Big rip off , this location nickel and dimes you on everything. Avoid!!!

On a workday, I picked up lunch for myself and a coworker. After returning to the office, I realized none of the dipping sauces for the chicken strips were included. I drove back to the location and waited about 15 minutes, yet no one attended the window. After circling twice, I honked to get attention. Eventually, an employee (Robert) arrived, mentioning he had been next door. I explained that I had requested the sauces twice, and now my food was cold from the back-and-forth trip. I asked to speak with a manager, but he said the manager had just left and did not know when they’d return. I asked for a contact number for the store or manager; he claimed there was none. He said his name was Robert. In the end, he only handed me two honey mustards and briefly said, “Sorry.”

Chicken sitting in warmer stand up, already fried waiting, not fresh/ hard crust greasy next time I’ll wait pieces sure has gotten small…the employees were loud and speaking Spanish. Didn’t mind language but they were. Loud talking to each other.

The drive through one night we waited 3 HOURS before getting our food. The drive through speaker system wasn’t working and from the outside it looks broken.
This time I went inside and ordered whatever they had on hand.

Please explain to me how a CHICKEN restaurant can run out of chicken. We ordered mild chicken and were told they were out and would have to cook some then asked if I wanted spicy instead. We agreed to wait for the mild. The wait took a HOUR! When we got home and ready to eat we realized after waiting all that time they still gave us spicy chicken. Another customer came in after us and asked for fresh chicken. The cashier rudely responded to the customer “why do people come in here asking for fresh chicken”. Why is this location a consistent let down?

Definitely reporting to corporate. I need a refund now. Waited in line for a hour. I ordered a 8 piece tenders with a side and 4 biscuits and was charged for a 12 peace dark meal. I didn’t noticed until I was waiting for my food in the front of the building that the cashier charged me more. I don’t know what kind of games there running but I ain’t playing. And when I told her the best she could do was offer me a “large frie” but as you can see this ain’t no large fry!

Customer service is fine. The food is actually pretty good. My issue is with corporate. Corporate sucks they can’t get their website to actually give you ANY advertised specials. Then try to find a corporate phone #… Lost cause…

11/7/25 went in to purchase some chicken and came home to sit and eat. The chicken was old and fried hard. Took it back gave to the manager explained what was wrong he never said sorry or anything. He started speaking Spanish to the other employee. I said thank you and walked he never opened his mouth. This is a job not for him. Unfriendly and unprofessional.
