It was pretty good. We went for Papusa’s and Tortas. Salsa was very good. No chips and salsa served before meal. There were also no prices on the menu. Two papusa’s two horchata’s and a torta was almost 40 dollars. Thought it’s was too expensive for what it was.

This place stole my heart. I was so looking forward to having nice tamales. Being a vegetarian it is tough finding food . To add the plantains were made to perfection. The hibiscus drink was surprisingly refreshing. I recommended this Salvadorian place to my colleagues who were not aware of this location but are now after my feedback. The place was buzzing with locals either dining in or takeout. The owners were kind enough to explain to me what each dish was made of . Oh I wish I got more tamales for the road .

Ordered take out. 4 Papusas… when I made my plate and put the cabbage on I was excited to try it. Bit into my 2nd bite and bit into a fake glue on nail. I immediately freaked out because I initially thought it was burnt cheese. NOPE! A fake nail in the cabbage or papusa who knows! Disgusting definitely not coming back and don’t suggest you do either. Unfortunate because it looked like neighborhood favorite.

It was fun to try something a little different. The pupusas were great! Try the red salsa! I also had the beef enchiladas with red sauce. It was all very good, but the highlight was the red sauce that came on the enchiladas. So good!
