Update October 2025. We got there a few minutes after 11. The doors were locked and there was a worker standing outside waiting to be let in. They open at 11. It’s one thing to not have the pizzas cooked but it’s a whole other thing entirely to still be locked up after opening time with no key holder in sight. This place just needs to hang it up.
I’ve been here several times since they opened. We go for family meals and we usually get there right after they open. They are never ready at opening probably because there is only ever one person there. It’s usually a 10 or so minute wait before any pizza gets out there. EVERY time I’ve been AT 11:00 am the place is dirty. The counter by the drinks is dirty. Unswept floors. Most of the tables are dirty. Which lets me know that the closing crew does not do their job. Today the fries were still frozen. The salad bar has missing foods, not enough tongs, etc.
The pizza is not special. It’s fine but nothing really better than frozen pizza will be found there. I waited until I had made multiple visits to the place because I thought maybe it was just a one time thing. Maybe it was too new. But unfortunately this is just how they are. So if you’re ok with mediocre pizza at a place that’s not prepared and a bit dirty, then you’ll be ok with this.

Showed up at 11:05 on 10/04/2025 for the buffet. Doors locked. Staff were standing outside waiting to be let in to work as well. I have been here several times since the move from Bryant. This is not the first time pizza was not even out at 11, just the first time the place was locked up. Its always disorganized. Always not the cleanest. I get its a pizza buffet so expectations are already low. But this location has never been a good experience. Do better. Today cost this location customers until reviews say this place has drastically improved. Couldn’t even get a photo to shiw hiw the place was or the food quality as the doors were locked.

What a wonderful experience! We wanted to bring in a large group. When we called ahead to confirm they could hold us, they were extremely helpful and even let us place requests for the buffet in advance. Food sensitivities were accommodated. Most importantly, all employees were kind and helpful in every regard. Thank you!!

It’s been over 30 years since I’ve had Pizza Inn and it definitely isn’t as I remember. Somewhat disappointed but the employees recognized our frustration and made things right. Our wait for our food turned out to be over 60 minutes from the time we ordered until we actually had the correct food in our hands. The ingredients were fresh. But that pizza crust needs work! Everybody in the kitchen needs a class on how to shape and roll the dough! And make sure it’s cooked! Turn the heat up on your oven for goodness sake! Overall, okay pizza and I will go back and hope for a better experience.

When the normal pizzas came out, they were good, but the entire buffet was specialty pizzas my children wouldn’t eat. When I asked for a cheese pizza, the employee offered to put one in.

There was also no ice in the soda machine and none of the dirty tables had been wiped down. With how busy the 2 employees i saw were, I’m guessing they habitually understaffed and they don’t get a chance to clean or restock. Save yourself the trouble and just drive to Cici’s.

> I was very disappointed with my recent visit to your restaurant. The overall cleanliness was poor, especially around the salad bar. The area was dirty, and the food containers looked like they needed to be replaced. There were small children playing in the salad bar and staff didn’t addres the issue nor did they switch out the salad bar. When I asked staff to clean the area, their response came across as dismissive and unprofessional. Additionally, I noticed a broken window that appeared unsafe — the glass looked like it could scatter if touched.

The pepperoni pizza is my favorite here, the crust is fantastic. Workers always seem friendly, and look like they enjoy working here. The Bavarian crème pizza is worth the whole buffet.

If I could leave a review with no stars I would! I get all the way home with my chocolate chip pizza and opened it to see the pizza below. I think I wouldn’t be so mad if the guy that handed me the pizza wouldn’t have looked at it before he handed it to me. Why would he still give it to me!

All around disappointment! We have loved Pizza Inn over the years and most have closed in Arkansas. So imagine our excitement when one popped up again. We went Saturday for the lunch buffet around 12:45PM. There was a huge spill in the middle of the restaurant that no one bothered to clean up in the 45 minutes we were there. They ran out of ice and said they had none to give us. Very little fresh food on the buffet, had to find the staff to order more. The little hammies on the salad bar were brown. Just a complete lack of care and attention, no effort hardly given. Where is the owner? If same owner as the former Pizza Inn in Benton, this one will close and follow same soon if not attended to.

Today is Mother’s Day an important day for most. As we entered this establishment, I noticed that there wasn’t a lot of staff and with it being a holiday became very busy very quickly. Despite being shorthanded, the crew today was awesome at keeping a good flow of things and still making orders for people to go.
If you are looking for a Pizza Inn, I highly recommend giving this one a shot! And if you’re on the go or just passing by grab something to go hot and fresh.
