We are SO happy we found this place!! The food is extremely tasty and prepared fresh! We got a spicy Zemer chicken wrap and a village chicken bowl! The flavor is amazing. The meat is super moist and flavorful!

I stopped in at the new Mediterranean food truck and I’m so glad I did! The owners behind the counter were so welcoming and genuine. I could tell how much they loved being there! I absolutely love shawarma so I went for the chicken and it did not disappoint. I could tell it had been seasoned and marinated to perfection. I also loved the low key sitting area. It’s hard to love a new place but I can confidently say I will be back.

Absolutely a 5-star experience! Zemer is a fantastic spot here in Destin. Their shawarma and chicken bowls are incredible—healthy, packed with flavor, and the portions are huge for the great prices. The atmosphere is super cozy, and we love the outdoor seating area. It’s perfect for bringing the kids and the dogs to just relax and enjoy some amazing food. Best of all, it’s run by the owners who are wonderful, hardworking family people. I highly recommend checking them out!

Stopped by for a quick bite. New food truck in Destin outside of a mini market. My wife and I got the spicy wrap and chicken strips for the kiddo. It was delicious. The garlic sauce had just a hint of spice that didn’t overpower the other flavors. It was more than enough food and the price was very reasonable. A good value. This is European fare, and unlike wraps you will get anywhere else. The chicken is cooked on a spindle and shaved off like lamb for gyros. The couple that operate it were super nice and I will definitely stop back for lunch when I’m working in Destin. Try them out!

Crisp romaine, vibrant purple cabbage, fresh veggies, turmeric rice, and a generous drizzle of creamy sauce that pulls everything together perfectly. And then—the pita chips. Golden, crunchy perfection sitting on top like they knew they were about to steal the show.
Now for the main event: the Shawarma chicken. Juicy, perfectly seasoned, and packed with flavor in a way that made me wonder where this food has been all my life. Every bite was warm, savory, and comforting, yet somehow still light and fresh. If this is what Shawarma is supposed to taste like, then I’ve been missing out in a big way.
This bowl hits every note—crunchy, creamy, fresh, and satisfying—without feeling heavy. It’s the kind of meal that makes you slow down, savor each bite, and immediately start planning when you’re coming back.

I’m so glad I decided to stop by this food truck! The food was absolutely amazing, fresh and full of flavor.
They also have a nice shaded seating area, which makes it really comfortable and enjoyable to sit and eat there. The customer service was excellent, friendly, welcoming, and attentive.
