This restaurant needs to be ashamed of what they served me. I got a 2 piece #1 white meat meal and I got 2 literal scraps of chicken. A partial wing and a partial breast. I deserve a full refund. This is ridiculous!
Update: I have been back several times since my review and it’s only gotten worse. The chicken they give you is extremely small while prices remain high. I have been a customer constantly for many years but never again. Corporate greed has made its way to KFC and I will not be spending my hard earned money at this store ever again.

Now, the atmosphere and the service exceptional; however, the food.. yeah is concerning. When I ordered a regular chicken sandwich. I decided to check the chicken. And guess what; IT WAS RAW. I’m sorry but serving raw chicken is unhealthy and disgusting. This needs to get fixed.

Everytime I come to this location and ask for grill wings, there’s never noone ready. I have to always wait 20 to 25 mins. She ask me to call, I can and no answer.. manager is sitting in the lobby instead of monitoring the store.

This location often disappoints but it’s the closets KFC so I come back. The chicken is salty… are they adding too much seasoning? The gravy is always watered down, gross. The wait is always too long. They have me pull around to the front to wait and then I have missing items, no sauces, and NO receipts. Do better.

8/7/2025 – I walked in politely and ordered a #12 combo with fries and a Famous Bowl, to go. When I got home, I realized the fries were missing.
I went back and explained that I didn’t receive my fries. The woman who took my order immediately argued with me, insisting she didn’t ring it up as a combo. If that were true, then why did she hand me a drink cup after I paid?
She then turned her back and told another employee, “Just give it to him, I know I put it in there.” Thankfully, the young man she spoke to kindly handed me my fries.
I left upset — not because they forgot my fries, but because of the unnecessary argument I had to go through just to get the food I paid for.
I will be returning to this location, but I’ll be watching my order closely while it’s prepared, double-checking everything before leaving, and making it clear if something is wrong.

Took over 40 mins to make my meal , lady was rude when I asked her to staple my bag and said she doesn’t have one as I see one then walks away . The manager and the rest of their staff play on their phone while we stand and wait to be greeted . I stood here for 15 mins before being greeted while they texted away
