OK food, good service, OK atmosphere.
The food is very OK. It did not taste fresh, and the crunch wrap was paper thin and had no filling.
The cheesy potatoes were mushy – they had no crisp to them.
Cheesy bean and rice burrito was pretty good.
Three cheese chicken flatbread was OK – it was almost entirely bread and not much chicken.
The staff were friendly and helpful.
The location of the restaurant is OK, however, it is a little inconvenient to get in and out.

Y’all, let’s be real … this is a Taco Bell. Now I don’t know of any Taco Bell that provides truly superb service, but this one certainly gets the closest. I frequent this Taco Bell as a college student on a budget for their affordable take out meals, and they are stellar. The staff are literally so kind, I’ve never had anyone rude here and they are SO fast. I mean I hardly ever have to wait when I go through the drive thru. Literally every other Taco Bell is much slower and can have rude employees.
Truly great service, so if you’re looking for a good Taco Bell in Houston, this one is it.

I hate places that don’t allow ordering through the app. I have a speech impediment and I rely on being able to use the app to order my food. No matter how much speech therapy I had growing up and how much I worked on it, people can’t understand me. They don’t even leave the indoor area open either for ordering on the screen. The only option is drive thru. Taco bell is usually one of my favourite restaurants so it sucks that I literally can’t eat at this location because somebody decided to make it inaccessible to me. I was absolutely starving when I arrived here. I never heard of Taco Bell not allowing orders on their app.

Ordered black beans crunch wrap supreme. The didn’t add black beans, I paid extra for jalapeños but they didn’t add them. Such a horrible experience. I paid around 7$ just for a tortilla, taco shell and some stupid tomato and onion!!!

This Taco Bell has been fantastic every time I’ve gone. Their customer service could rival Disneyland in magic and kindness. Would highly recommend this establishment. I know someone who eats here literally every day (not an exaggeration) and they continue to do so, since they like it. Well done here, TB.

We really enjoyed our experience at this location so much so that I just had to leave a review! It was noticeably clean in the eating areas, and our food came out exactly how we ordered it. It was hot and tasted delicious. Their soda machine was crisp and perfect. The staff were also very kind and actively cleaning. All of the trash was taken out too! Incredible work, Taco Bell! Keep it up!

We utilized the drive through option. We had two things. Spicy potato Soft taco and cheesy bean rice burritos
Spicy potato soft taco was good but potato was a bit dry and it would be awesome if it’s soft! Cheesy bean rice burrito was a good one! Each for $1! Very good price and delish quick food!
They are also hiring people so leave that advertisement here as well!
