Went through the drive-through and ordered my family of 5 smoothies, and the two managers/workers on the clock were seemingly upset that we had a larger order. Due to this, and my app not working, they said that I could not use my points and then proceeded to give us 3/4 filled smoothies and tossed a bag at me. This is disappointing because this location is typically pretty good, but today’s service and the fact that we didn’t get full drinks was very bad.

I had the Bahama Mama Smoothie and it was De-Lish! First time having stopping in and trying these and I could taste all the fruity deliciousness inside this drink! I couldn’t believe the huge size of these smoothies too! I expected smaller so was pleasantly surprised when I was handed the larger cup! I will definitely be back!

Unfortunately for me, this is the closest TSC location…I have had many bad experiences with this location but the last time was the LAST!
The portions are always different, I call to complain a lot because they mess up often.
We have gotten the wrong sandwich many times…
The customer service is horrible, the managers are so rude. I’m really hoping cooperate does something about them because their arrogance. When they messed up our order they had the audacity to say they called corporate about us. Oh yeah?
Well I hope you told them how incompetent every manager is. They all lie about being manager too so you never know if problem is going to be resolved. I want a full refund and they refuse. Do not shop here.
Prices are high for LOW quality food and non existent service.

I love the Jetty Punch and add honey to it. And WOW it’s so good and healthy. The workers are so friendly and very attentive. The restaurant is very clean. I enjoyed my visit and been back every day to get my Jetty Punch fix. Thank you for the great hospitality.

Be careful if you have food allergies. I specifically asked for non-dairy, and they gave me a whey protein smoothie. I drove away, not reading the label until I drank a few sips, thankfully I had medication on me that I could take. But someone else may not be ready if they ingest something they’re not supposed to. I called them and made them aware.

Let me start by saying we are fans of TS and haven’t even been deterred with the rising prices. That changed today when my husband’s wrap priced at $7.39 with a combo meal was so SMALL! Not even enough to satisfy a toddler.
So for $13 he left the restaurant a little hungry.
He was so disappointed that he now refuses to return to any Tropical Smoothie.

I ordered a spinach drink can’t remember the exact name of it, but it was green. I got deathly ill… Not sure if it was because it wasn’t washed before they mixed it into a drink or what happened but I was very very sick probably will never go back
