I live close by to this location. Every time I go here there is an issue the last time I went through drive-through and ended up driving back after I got home something that really bothered me. The boy said oh she just wants something for free when in all actuality, they didn’t give me all of my items now here it is today again. I ordered a croissant sandwich with extra bacon paid $12 for a coffee, a croissant with extra bacon and a hash brown just to get home and I only have three slices of bacon on my sandwich and there’s no point of going back especially if they’re gonna belittle me for what they forgot. Just not one of Dunkin’ Donuts best locations don’t need anything extra when you go here.

When I first started coming here, this was my go-to Dunkin’ Donuts! I always did pickup orders, and they were always ready on time. The bacon snack was made perfectly every time — so addicting!

Unfortunately, things have gone downhill. The staff often look unhappy or overworked — I usually see the same two people, and they never greet customers or acknowledge when someone walks in. There’s no “I’ll be right with you,” just silence until they’re ready or the person walks out.
But my biggest issue is the lack of training. I ordered the Pumpkin Spice Latte twice, and both times I received a cup of warm milk with cinnamon powder on top — literally no coffee at all. I thought the first time was an honest mistake, but when it happened again weeks later, I knew it wasn’t.
I had to call customer service twice to get my refunds. It’s such a disappointment because my job is right next door, but I’d rather drive farther to Starbucks than deal with this again.
Yikes to the management here — please retrain your team!

After saying hello at the drive thru mic several times with no response, I started to feel like an idiot. When I pulled forward to the pickup window, a woman behind the glass was doing something on the screen, never really acknowledged me, then picked up the drive thru headset that was sitting on the counter and walked away. As I drove away, I contemplated what the quality of the coffee I might have purchased from this location was as I headed for the 7 Eleven. Standby for the 7 Eleven cup of coffee review.

This is the single worst fast food joint I’ve ever gone through. I got stuck in the single lane they have for drive throughs for 30 min with only about five people ahead of me. It made me late for work and I couldn’t even get my order! I had to leave the line because they took so long! Unacceptably slow service for a ‘fast food’ joint. I will never come back here and would warn anyone else against ever going here

Horrible service the Manager Meil came to the counter and left abruptly without me placing an order. The store wasn’t busy and they’ve Had me wait 30 minutes in line, no one wouldn’t take my order or help resolve an issue with it. This is happening @ 01/08/26

Horrible customer service. They will ride around on scooters in the parking lot while you sit there and wait to put an order in at the drive thru. Then proceed to yell at you for asking why the drive thru is closed.
