When I arrived, the employee did not greet me, or look up to look at me, and when I greeted her kindly she did not answer me or look at me. Anyway I made my order to which she just said “wait,” I didn’t like the attitude at all so after a few minutes waiting without a word or look from her, I left. Very bad service.

I called ahead to place my order and was told it would be ready. When I arrived, I waited 30 minutes just to be helped. Then I was told they couldn’t accept a $100 bill, so I stepped out quickly to get change. I was gone only a few minutes, and when I came back, they had SOLD MY PIZZA to someone else. No apology, no attempt to fix it, nothing. Completely unprofessional and a total waste of my time. I will not be coming back.

If I could give the service ZERO stars I would. I called in today to place an order for pick up for the the following day. It took me 20 minutes to get a store representative to answer the phone. He takes my order and I advise I am tax exempt and I would pay at pick up as I have been doing every other month for the past 2 years. The store representative says “let me connect you with someone who can help you with that” I am still currently on hold and it has been 40 minutes going on 41 minutes and no one has answered the phone. I proceeded to call with another phone and again I am also on hold. This is absolutely ungrateful and unprofessional. Do not attempt to reply to this and say the store is busy when it’s not possible to be too busy to pick up the phone and assist with an order in a professional manner. This store owner should be aware of this disrespectful treatment towards their customers.

I ordered pizza on a Friday afternoon one hour and a half before my scheduled pickup. When I got there, there was big group people waiting for their orders with the cashier telling new customers that there was a 40 minute delay with the orders. Consider placing your pizza order somewhere else.

When I arrived to pick it up the man behind the counter said that I had no order.
When I showed him the order he just shrugged his shoulders and said that it wasn’t his problem.

Frequent customer here. Always good pizza, but hard to get hot and ready in peak hours. SO… nothing better than ordering on the app and getting your pizza. (I don’t know why MANY times they don’t know how to close the pizza box though)

This place never has the hot and ready stuff actually resdy. Everytime they have a more expensive specialty version available but i would have to wait to get the regular version.

The place was a mad house but the girl they had in front kept it together… But they need to work on their tech… Getting bogus emails that pizzas were ready and then have to wait was not cool
