we pulled up because we placed a mobile order and waited in the parking lot because we didnt want to pull up directly after placing an order…tell me why the employees were coming to the window to just stare at our car, press their faces on the glass, laugh at us in our car..? they did it multiple times. confusing, uncomfortable, but when we did pull through the drive thru the employees were nice and the food was good. just confused about being treated like a zoo. the girl that was pressing her face on the glass was visibly stressed (lol) after she saw that the people in the drive thru were the same people she was making fun of.

We got to the drive-through, and after starting to order, the worker told us “Don’t be rude, I asked for a second” – no communication prior. After then pulling around to the window he told us to pull back around to the speaker to talk to him. The food here is usually great, but a worker being rude for no reason is definitely a deterrent.

Every time I’ve gotten food here it’s literally been the worst. I’ll pay extra for steak and somehow receive even less meat?? They poorly wrap items too and end up spilling lettuce and meat all over the bags. Honestly just the worst taco bell location i’ve been too.

Had the worst service I have EVER had at any restaurant. The boy working the drive thru window was rude as could be. Got mouthy at the windows when I wanted my receipt because why didnt he ask in the first place, but then walked away so I tapped tge horn to get his attention. Says “next time dont honk” then proceeded to be even more rude. Was rude while taking the order too. If you dont like your job, get a new one.

Super happy with the quick and helpful staff. Got our food made quick. It was still hot when we got it home. A good portion of ingredients in each item we got. My only disappointment was 2 of our items had gotten condensation amd the wrapper molded to the tortilla, so I had to peel them out of the wrappers to be eaten which lost quite a bit of tortilla. It wasn’t every item, thankfully. They were all similar items so I’m not sure why only 2 did. Other than that, no complaints. It tasted great.

The people that work here were very rude and disrespectful. My husband got a very few modifications and was given dirty looks by the workers AND the MANAGER . Even while we were eating!! Never coming here again!! And they couldn’t even get his order right!!

Store janky as hell bro got people leaving early and having door dashers run all across the city instead of just making me my fries. Fries, bag, seal. It’s not gourmet food I’ve seen it made bro just heat it up fr. This store gives me problems 6/10 times. Save ur time and money and go to bed hungry at this point.
