Stopped by on my way back to Colorado the young lady there was such a pleasant girl so friendly with a big smile an a warm greeting! A nice way to start my road trip! She had us laughing this girl deserves a raise! Very poor customer service. The staff was unprofessional, unhelpful, and showed no interest in resolving the issue. I asked for assistance and was either ignored or treated rudely. There was no accountability and no effort to help at all. This was a frustrating experience, especially during a busy time when customers expect basic respect and support. I will think twice before coming back

Worst experience of my life.
Was munching away almost done when I actually looked at my food. Egg looks moldy. I threw up everything. Made a bad day far worse than it already was.
On top of that the store manager refused to refund the hashborwn and orange juice. Only wanted to refund the sandwiches. With such poor quality you would think they’d try and go above and beyond to make up for the threat to my health.

Sadly this Jack in the Box is disappointing 2 nd time we have ordered at night on the app The condiments are never there. The soda has no taste. The food is cold I cannot get my opinion based on Service because I am myself. I’m not picked up our order. but the night crew needs to do better if you are out of condiments, whatever it is you need to address it to the customer from the beginning so that they are aware of it i doubt I will be coming back

01/14/2024 Yet another update. Went back there last night and was not disappointed. Again horrible service and burnt egg rolls. How do you burn an egg roll? I asked for 2 teriyaki and 2 red hot sauces. I repeated this 2 times to the person who was working at the drive through window. I ended up with 2 teriyaki and 2 sweet and sour sauces. I used to have several hundred points earned. Now I don’t think I will be back to this store ever again. There is an Arby’s across the street from here, and even though it’s more expensive, I will be going there from now on.

I actually went inside to pick up a mobile order this week. The gal who was working the counter seemed like I was an inconvenience to her trying to make fries. I told her that I was in to pick up my order and she walked away from me and didn’t even acknowledge that I said anything to her. She asked another employee if my order was ready and went back to making fries. The person who got my order just put it on the counter and walked away without saying a single word to me.
Again, this is the WORST Jack in the Box I have ever been to.
