I had a great experience at Burger King thanks to Ashly. From the moment I walked in, she was friendly, patient, and made sure my order was correct. She had a really positive attitude and kept things moving smoothly even though it was busy. My food came out hot and fresh, and she double-checked everything before handing it to me, which I really appreciated. Customer service like that honestly makes a big difference. Ashly did an amazing job and made the visit way better than expected.

Yesterday me and family went to Burger King and we really enjoyed the speed of the service. The young woman that helped us, I believe her name was Ashley, really helped us and was very nice to my little cousin and she offered her a crown. Overall a pleasant experience and will return again.

My wife and I were pleasantly surprised by the friendly staff and speed of service. There was one employee who stood out the most to us in making this a 5 star experience, I believe her name was Ashley. She greeted us as we entered and took our order very efficiently. Ashley was also very accommodating because English is my wife’s second language and Ashley was able to take her order in Spanish.

I was in the dining room on Saturday, December 30th at about 2pm. The entire staff did a great job dealing with a woman who had a problem with her sandwich and wanted everyone to know it. The staff graciously corrected the problem. My meal was fine. Kudos to your staff for a job well done. Your hardworking staff should be commended .

Hands down this is the best burger I have ever had. All my food that I ordered was hot and fresh! We had burgers, tots, fries and nuggets! Everything was delicious and the staff was very friendly! If I ever need or want a BK I’m coming back here to this location!

I went to this BK Location on 8/16/25 for lunch and it was probably my best Burger King experience! The facility itself was clean and well managed with friendly staff. I had ordered a chicken sandwich with fries and a lemonade. The chicken sandwich was spot on! The sandwich didn’t fall apart as it usually does and was very flavorful. The batch of fries I got were fresh and still hot to the touch! And the lemonade was the perfect balance of sweet and tart.

Whoever is the manager on duty during lunch hours needs some improvement in customer service. She kept skipping over my order that I placed online for pickup. Waited an extra 10-15 mins upon arrival to finally get my order after she kept saying “it was a drive-thru” order.
