This is an absolutely disgusting place. I’ll start off by saying I arrive to the drive-through was told to be with you in a moment. 10 minutes goes by during those 10 minutes. I’ve asked several times hello? no response after 10 minutes goes by. I pull up the window and the lady like hello can I help you? I was like yeah I’ve been waiting for 10 minutes. She says well I thought I saw you leave. really that’s how we’re gonna treat customers. I thought I saw you leave.

Got our order wrong. Got a pretzel and when I asked for the cheese that’s in the Picture on the menu. The lady proceeds to tell me they charge for them now. They did not have that listed. Take it off the Picture of your item if it cost. Definitely stay away from this location..

WORST SONIC IN THE WORLD !!!! EMPLOYEES RETURN FROM BREAK without washing their hands. They drop food on the ground and still serve it to customers. I was at the drive thru window and I saw a mixed employee SPITTING in someone’s drinks swirled it and put a lid on it. EMPLOYEES are immensely RUDE . Smoke outside the store. My food was cold after waiting 15 mins for my order to be placed and 20 more mins to receive my food.

Since when is it ok to charge people for Marina? Not extra, just marinara with the cheese sticks you ordered. It smells of desperation and greed. No wonder it’s always empty. First time I’ve been in a very long time, looks like things will remain the same. The employee I dealt with also reminded me why I don’t go to this Sonic. After giving Val permission to rob me, she made it a point to give me my receipt saying “here’s your proof I didn’t rob you” and shut the window quickly. This isn’t Val’s problem, this is a Sonic ownership problem. Val is doing what the owners have told her to do. I got the vibe employees think it’s ridiculous too, especially since they have to deal with it. To the owners, stop it. This is like selling a “deluxe” cheeseburger, asking what the customer wants on it and then charging for each topping. Make it make sense. Get your ish together.

I showed up and 3 of there 6 stalls were out of order. Found one that works just to get let down with the worst crew that’s worked here in years. I asked for a chocolate shake with the turtle nut mix and the employee explained to me how it’s to hard to do so she couldn’t do that. Then to top it off, some sad looking kid brings me a cup with ice cream and a weak excuse of turtle mix on top. They did not mix it. So definitely a 1 star crew. Fire them all start fresh. You can do better sonic

I’m a huge fan of ordering on apps and just picking up your order. I downloaded the Sonic app and they immediately gave me a BOGO entree deal. So, naturally I took advantage of that deal and was not disappointed. I rolled in the parking lot and parked at a stall, I let the app know what stall I was at and the food came out within 3 min. The food was so hot and fresh. And they didn’t forget my sauces! I will be utilizing the mobile order system and take advantage of the deals they provide within the app.

The wait time here is INSANE!! I pull up to the mick just to hear “it’s going to be a 5-10 minute wait” just to TAKE the order. They ALWAYS mess the order up and then it takes double the time to replace. The kicker is I’ve never seen them busy! Save your money and go elsewhere.
