Very pleased with our experience tonight as well as the last three times we’ve ordered from this location!
We typically always order TO-GO , and stop on the way home and bring the pizza home to eat. Tonight I ordered while my husband was on the way home.
I asked the person in the phone (Mark) to customize an order , and he very politely accommodated my request!
When my husband arrived , he was greeted with happy customer services and the pizza was done and ready in the exact time frame that was given to us.
The pizza was perfectly cooked as well as the garlic cheese bread!
I am very happy with our experience and we will be back soon! 🙂

Tonight my roommate ordered a Hawaiian pizza, mozzarella sticks, and a steak and cheese sub for me. About half way thru my steak and cheese, I bit in to about an 8 to 10 inch strand of black/brunette hair! Gross! Of course, I threw the rest of my sub in the trash, and will never be ordering from there again! So Disgusting!

My sub had a giant mold circle on the bottom of the bread…….seriously!! How does a cook not see that when preparing the sub or wrapping it in the paper? Gross, will not be back.
UPDATE: To store the owner who replied to my comment, here is a picture of your moldy bread (yep I’m pretty tech savvy thanks) and we did call the store right back, please ask your associates who worked last night. It doesn’t matter how busy you are, cooks should be looking at your food before sending it out the door.

I really wanted to like the pizza. I also hate leaving bad reviews, but this needs to be said. The sauce wasn’t seasoned. Very bland. Even tried dipping in ranch and that couldn’t save it. The crust became hard as I was still eating. Only 6 hours later, without even putting in the fridge, the crust is inedible from it being as hard as a 24 hour pizza from the fridge. Only nice thing to say, the people working were nice on the phone and at pick up.

UPDATE: If I was going to rate Pizzazz strictly based on the flavor of their pizza, they would have received 3 stars. But things like value, customer service, and overall experience matter too. For $20, I expect a higher quality pizza. Comparing them to Wise Guys is almost unfair, since that’s literally the best pizza I have ever had. But pizzas I’ve gotten from local joints in other areas are also higher quality for about the same price. It is also worth mentioning again the inconvenience of them not accepting payment over the phone (leading to a less pleasant experience). So the quality vs price of the pizza, the digestive discomfort most of my group experienced after eating from here, on top of the payment issue, lead me to originally leave a 2 star review. But customer service is VERY important to me, and is a very important part of overall experience anywhere. The Manager replied within minutes to my original review, and rather than being apologetic that we had suffered from diarrhea for most of the day following eating their pizza, they attacked me. Accusing me of having no proof that they were in the wrong. Maybe it was food poisoning (which is where the Manager’s mind immediately went to, based on their reply), or maybe an ingredient just didn’t sit well with us. Sadly, after reading other replies they have made over the years, this seems to be the standard reaction. So, based on poor customer service, I am reducing my 2 star review to a 1 star review.

First, the good: We ordered two large pizzas – a pepperoni and a Greek. The pizzas had a nice sweet, crackery crust. The sauce also had a pretty good flavor. We really liked the Greek pizza – a fun new flavor! We’d decided to try out Pizzazz because our usual pizza place is currently closed on Monday. Overall, for the price, we decided we still liked the other local place better.
The bad: I found it inconvenient that they wouldn’t take payments over the phone, but the reason for the low review is that 3 out of 5 of us had the runs that night and well into the next day. This was the only meal we shared, so we believe that the pizza was the cause. If it hadn’t been for this issue, we would have probably ordered from here again if we wanted pizza on a day our preferred place was closed. As it is, we won’t be be ordering from Pizzazz again 🙁

We are visiting my brother and we’re from PA, I was hungry for pizza this evening and ordered 2 pizzas and cheesy garlic bread. Everything was excellent and delivered ahead of schedule. When I called to order it was a pleasant friendly experience and the delivery experience was great too. I’ll be sure to order again when we’re in Grandy.

One time my pizza was a little well done when I received it, so I called and they replaced the pizza.

They provided really good service. The lady on the phone took the order, said it would be about an hour. The delivery guy arrived within the hour, was ready to except payment at the door with his card reader. The pizza was hot and delicious.

Delivery doesn’t start until 5, I placed my order about 4, my order was here at 4:45. Pizza was definitely better then the last 2 pizza restaurants that were there before. We also ordered onion rings, they were good.
