We got chicken, asada, and carnitas tacos.
Carnitas was the standout for me but all three were good. The carnitas had some kind of creamy sauce.

Nice food truck with covered outdoor seating and a pretty large menu for a truck. I got the fajitas plate, it was $15 and enough to feed two. It was very good and the salsas were very unique and delicious too, they seemed to have a tropical influence flavor wise.

Very, very good, well-made and kind service. Meats were all tender the small rice and beans were very good portion actually big! I shared them easily.
We got the mulita with carnival,and tacos asada and lengua. All of it was great came with pickled onions and radish and jalapeño mulita was crispy and had avocado and great amount of cheese. Highly recommend they open at 10 am and close at 9 pm everyday! Again super kind service and we recommend them!!!

Good food truck out here in WA, highly recommend it. I ordered the carne asada burrito and chicken tacos. There’s not that many Mexican spots here in WA but this one hits!

Best burrito in the area – highly recommend! Beans and rice are deliciously flavorful and the hot sauce adds a great kick. We got the no meat burrito add deluxe – cheese, sour cream and perfectly ripe avocado.

I’ve been to a lot of food trucks and let me tell you, I’ve never had such delicious Mexican food until this food truck. Literally setting the bar. My bf and I noticed that there were a lot of food trucks on the main road this little truck was on and we literally rolled a die to see which food truck we should try and it happened to be Tacos Meche. It also happened to be on a day where it was raining a pretty good amount of rain but why not?
We ordered a Meches burrito, Birria Tacos, and a steak quesadilla. Omg guys when I tell you, it was literally the most delicious food…..Definitely had to tip.
We came at a time where there was only 1 person working the whole truck and def made our food truck experience worth it.
The table setting even had little flowers and while it all outside, they still made it feel welcoming.
Seriously though, I will continue to support this food truck cause the food spoke for itself. <3

Just found the best Mexican food in thurston county. Food is absolutely delicious. So much flavor and the portion is on point. I will never go anywhere but here when needing my most favorite food. My goodness this was fire on so many levels. Can’t wait to come back and start trying the different menu items. Thank you for your attention to detail when making my food tonight. Reviews do not lie. Check them out , promise you won’t be disappointed.
