Great place however the one older manager (working closing tonight 1/17) has a major attitude issue and no customer service skills whatsoever. Rude, cuts us off MID ORDER to ask if we want anything else while we are talking. Only ordered 3. Blizzards nothing crazy. I hate doing reviews like this and I am leaving a 5 star because she is my only issue. She needs to either find a new job or find some happiness in her life. Not to mention while the two young people making our order are working hard, she is ripping them a new one for having a visible water cup the one employee set down to make our order… again great establishment nothing wrong besides the head manager.

Blizzard and a hot fudge Sunday is what the doctor ordered after a hot Sunday of working the yard. A little slow customer service, chocolate ice cream was broke, but a good time none the less.

We travel a lot and DQ is one of our favorite go to places.

This dairy queen is the best! I’ve been going here long before I moved to poulsbo. The service is always fast and friendly, the food is always hot and feels like it was cook to order. When I ask for extra blizzard toppings, yall DELIVER.
Being 5 minutes away from here is a blessing. Don’t worry, I’m TRYING to gain weight, I’m barely hitting 110 lbs as a 23 year old woman.
I only have one complaint! It’s from a year ago, and it didn’t bother me enough to say anything then, I just think about it now and often. I got a large onion ring and were were 5 rings stacked together that shook me up. But that doesn’t stop me from getting those rings now, and I’ve never come across that since
