I don’t even know where to start with this place. Manager was singing rap songs with loud music playing ( typically not a big deal ) but instead of listening to our order she was singing and getting crunk. Got our whole order messed up, then tried to give me back the wrong change after I paid. She did fix it but not sure about her motive there. Then took 30 minutes to get our food and the food wasn’t any good. Worst Wendys to ever go to. Wendys used to be a decent place to grab a quick bite to eat but I would NOT recommend it now days

I want to say this was the worst experience I had yet. Very bad customer service. I really think they need to reevaluate the employee they have working here at this location. I was asking to order the $5 meal which I mistakenly said bigge deal which is $6 the cashier was trying clarify what I was saying which was understandable but than this one lady got on their literally yelling at me through the intercom which was really uncalled for to where my 6 your jumped. I told her she does not have to yell and replied with I am not yelling. if you feel that way that is on you. I am not going to lie at that Point I did drop the F bomb which I should not have and drove off I will no longer go to this location. I don’t advise nobody else to either. I rather drive further for better service.

My kids and I went to this horrible location of Wendy’s. The cashier is sooooooooo rude. She doesn’t know what is on the menu. Long story short, my kids left with tears and no food.
I am disappointed. Every one have a bad day, but do not take your frustration over kids.

I placed an online order and checked in as soon as I arrived. A couple of minutes later, the manager (who was raising her voice at everyone) said she didn’t have my order in her system and went on with her work I tried to get her attention to verify the address and she acted like I was inconveniencing her. During this time she was still yelling at me. After 5 minutes of being checked in, she said my order was in her system. I understand being a restaurant manager is not an easy job but she really should not be yelling at the customers who pay her salary. Even other customers in the restaurant heard and saw this. As much as I like Wendy’s, I will NOT be coming back to this location.

Bro these people must be miserable or mad at their life. No manners, no joy, just straight rude and nasty. They don’t care to serve you and they’re very loud. I’m eating inside the lobby and I can hear them yell at every customer in the drive thru. They have to do something with this kind of people

Went there this morning on my lunch break. Went back to work, and took one small bite, realized it tasted funny looked down and this is what I got. I was so disgusted and I called and told them. They were nice but they said that the grill is on a timer and says when it is done. Well obviously not because this is not done. I was cool about it and didn’t lose my ish but I am upset and disgusted for sure. This is unacceptable!

Initially, I thought- “no big deal, they must be too busy” so I decided to leave.
When I walked out of the location the entire staff was cheering that they drove a white customer away.
I guess they take pride in this sort of behaviour.
Ironically, I am Hispanic.
Also, literally half of everything on a normal Wendy’s menu is missing.

MY 3rd day to this location and they always running out of stuff and never replenishing. They have been out of chili for multiple days and when i ask when will they get more in the African American lady laughed at me. It’s not a laugh matter but more so why yall standing and hanging out the drive thru window but can’t order what’s needed to service customers. Very unprofessional and sad to say the least. I’m sure the manager is apart of the problem as well.
