Read reviews before spending $$$ here! Last 2 orders were late, cold & greasy. My delivery order was over an hour late, I tried calling but the never answer their phone. Online I filled out the complaint option & they offer a free medium pizza or 20% off an entire order. I chose free medium pizza which I redeemed on 1/30. I ordered delivery at 6:18pm, also for them to hand it to me as I’ve had back surgery. Pizza finally arrived at 8pm, only reason I knew is bcz I checked, it was sitting on the floor in front of my door. Driver didn’t want to deal with me ♀️. Tried to call the store, no answer again. I waited almost 30min on the phone, nothing. Went online & again all they offer is the same deal. Who wants more pizza from them when they’ve shown they do NOT care! Yes, I’ve learned my lesson and will not order from them ever again! I live in a big apt building & will make sure all our tenants know so they don’t waste their $$$!

After waiting for my delivery, the driver called to inform me that the street was closed. Drivers should pay closer attention to GPS directions to ensure accurate delivery. The issue was not with my building, but that the driver went to the wrong street, which was closed, and was therefore unable to park in front of the correct location. Instead of resolving the issue, he returned to the store with our food.
I am very disappointed with how this situation was handled.

After four delivery issues in the span of three months, each taking over an hour to arrive, I decided to try carryout instead. Unfortunately the in-store experience was even worse.
On the night of March 6, 2026, I watched the employee making pizzas without gloves and putting an excessive amount of sauce on them. What was more concerning was that after finishing each pizza she would take out her phone and start texting, then immediately go back to making the next pizza without washing her hands.
Between the repeated one-hour delivery times and the food handling practices I saw in the store, this location clearly has some serious management and hygiene issues that need attention.

My husband and I stopped in this Domino’s on Monday to get some Parmesean Garlic bites. There were only two people working. Service was okay, but my husband watched the young man. He didn’t have gloves on he went to the back, picked up his phone and came back to make a pizza. He didn’t wash is hands. That was ver unsanitary. I have been ordering from here for years, but I will never be back.

As a lot of reviews say…the delivery time is inaccurate to say it nicely. Placed an order at 4:15 it is now 5:52 and nothing has been delivered. Estimate was 20-30 mins.
All I ask is the delivery estimate be somewhat close! Like an hour off is crazy.
Better options out there and the only reason I ordered is because I thought it would be faster.
Be warned.

This Dominos outlet should be closed. The Manager, the delivery girl Yesenia should be fired. Every time she delivers, the pizza is delivered atleast after an hour if not more of leaving the store. Sometimes she just lies oh I delivered the pizza even withour delivering it. If you call the store, these guys will tell you the pizza is going to be delivered in next 5 mins and they will put you on hold forever. Call them back and they will reject your call. This is not a single incident!!! It has happened kver multiple times

Worst experience ordering from this dominos. I placed my order at 7:45 PM and order didn’t arrive until 10:17 PM. More than 2 hrs later. I had hungry kids who didn’t get their dinner. It was the most awful experience. The pizza and bread bites was stone cold, like it was just sitting out all the time. The dominoes tracker showed that the driver had not moved an inch for over an hour. Even upon calling the store at least 5-8 times, no one picked up the call. Dominos customer service also sucks – they don’t care about helping to resolve the current issue – they just threw my way a coupon for a future order. What use is a coupon if I can’t even get the food I currently ordered in time. Never coming back to this store again. Very disappointed with Dominos service and food quality. Pathetic

The worst experience I have ever had. Ordered delivery on Uber Eats, did not get my food until 90 MINUTES later (it is a normal weekday afternoon, not rush hour), I only live half mile from the store. Order here if you want to be starved. Cannot wait this place to go out of business.

When I called they said they “accidentally” closed out the delivery and that the driver would arrive in 15min. The driver never arrived. I never got my order, which was for a family gathering. Please DO NOT order from this location.
