Quality has gone down so much. The steak no longer has good flavor and their “signature” cilantro lime rice doesn’t taste like cilantro lime rice at all, just bland rice with a little cilantro flakes. For almost 15 per person I would expect the bowl to at least come warm as well. I took the food home and everything was cold, i only live less than 3 minutes from the location i ordered at. The meat and the rice were just as cold as the sour cream and pico. It felt like cold mush. The chips were the saving grace and even those are no longer like they used to be. Barely salted and no lime what so ever. I remember the chips used to be so good with the lime and salt but the last few times I have gone was so disappointing. Shouldn’t have given them more chances but I used to actually like the rice, meat and chips.

Absolutely HORRID. Anytime you place an online order, it’s never received correctly. We always order extra rice for our son and this evening, received NO rice for his plate. Which is not the first time. Shame on us for continuing to order delivery but some nights, it would be nice to have a little faith in those who handle your food, to actually GET IT CORRECT. We won’t be ordering from here ever again.

Great location, from what I notice throughout many different Chipotles is they like to skimp you on the serving size, half a spoon of beans, half a spoon of rice. I dont know if thats intentional or what.. besides that food came out good, just have to tell them to add more. Place is not usually super busy & plenty of tables inside.

I recently visited this location to redeem a birthday reward and had the WORST possible customer service experience… The employee taking my order was very rude, disrespectful, and condescending throughout our entire interaction. When I asked her a SIMPLE question, she immediately barked, “Lady, you’re stressing me out!” Then she asked a co-worker to explain her answer, and perhaps I would understand. (This went back and forth for a while and only got worse.) When giving me my change, she tossed it into my hand!!
I have been a human resources and recruiting manager for many years and CANNOT understand why anyone would hire (or retain) someone so blatantly unprofessional??? (The unfortunate thing is, she acted as if she had the authority to behave in such a way.) When I asked to speak to the manager, she stated he wasn’t there. I asked her for her name, but she and her coworker said they are not allowed to give out their names, even though it’s on the receipt.
I was a frequent visitor to this location and have always had a pleasant experience, especially with the manager. (I am sometimes there when the restaurant opens at 10:30.)
As an HR professional, I strongly believe that every customer should receive the best possible experience at any establishment. Unfortunately, my last visit missed the mark.

Need new management ASAP. There’s 4 people working the front end not showing any since of urgency, I entered this chipotle and wasn’t even acknowledged for about 3 minutes while being in front of the line and I told the lady I want a burrito and a quesadilla and she begins making the quesadillas while talking Spanish to the manager for 2 minutes before even attempting to start my burrito mind you everything is stocked and ready to serve because the other young lady already stocked it mind you there’s still 4 people up front. No since of urgency Management sitting there watching doing nothing

Treated myself to an actual burrito for the first time in years. Always get the bowls for fitness reasons. But tonight I just wanted a basic Chipotle chicken burrito for old time’s sake – normal around of meat, rice, beans, corn, pico and sour cream. Easy… Worst wrapped burrito ever! I don’t know what the young lady did to it, but it was falling apart the entire time. Needed two layers of foil for some reason because I guess it was leaking everywhere? Didn’t want to touch with my bare hands. All the sour cream sat at the bottom – pretty wet and plain, falling apart all over the place, no sour cream then overwhelming sour cream at the end. Bleh. Waste of a treat. Please practice wrapping your burritos. They’re supposed to be easy to eat (kind of the point). Store rocks otherwise. First really negative experience

Chipotle sucks now. Not sure what happened but it’s like they sold out now or something. Service is usually terrible, workers standing around doing nothing including management. Usually its one or two people doing all the work. Food is very hit or miss. Quality and standards seem to be thrown out the window. Id rather eat taco bell these days and that’s just sad.

Came here at 10pm and wasn’t expecting much since it closed at 11pm. Unexpectedly got great service and food for it being late. Marissa was very nice, got me everything I asked for, even got me a new fresh batch of brown rice. Even after I paid and started eating I noticed I didn’t get enough sour cream, went back and she gave me more without issue. Great service for being close to closing. Will definitely come back.
