This is a hidden gem in downtown Lodi. The food is all locally sourced and made from scratch! I had the breakfast burrito and it was 10/10 and my son had the strawberry short stack with homemade strawberry sauce! Everything was delicious! The atmosphere is adorable and the hosts are incredibly kind and attentive. Kids eat free on Friday! We will definitely be back!

Found this gem of a place after hiking at Gibraltar Rock in Lodi and highly recommend this place to anyone!! We tried the breakfast burritos, omelette and French toast which were all absolutely delicious. The owner Alejandro was there and hearing his story on how he grew up cooking in his father’s restaurant touched our souls. We even sampled the pumpkin pancakes that tasted amazing. No syrup needed. Planning to go back for some homemade tamales on the weekends and the fish fry . The amount of food you get for the price alone is worth a road trip to this little secret place. It won’t disappoint!!

Excellent! Excellent! Excellent! I would make the trip to Lodi 100 more times for their pancakes and tamales. Super cute atmosphere, friendly staff, and amazing food. We had the A&J Special pancakes with mascarpone, tres leches & strawberry pancakes and their pork and veggie tamales. Everything was perfect!

Everything delicious and home-made. I have tried the carrot juice (delicious) chilaquiles many times, the crepes, pancakes, and waffles and everything has been a great. Congrats to the restaurant, you are doing a great job.

Amazing food, great service! Food came out fast and hot. The chef came out and showed some potential new menu items, and everyone working was absolutely great. Would have added more photos, but we ate it all immediately. Definitely worth the stop and slight detour if driving close!

AJ Pancake House is a must stop for breakfast. Their chilaquiles with homemade chorizo are hands down the highlight, rich, flavorful, and perfectly balanced. The chorizo has that true homemade taste and takes the dish to another level. On top of that, the service is great, friendly, attentive, and makes the experience even better. Definitely worth coming back.

Second visit to AJ pancake house and it was amazing! Eggs Benedict not only beautifully plated but the flavors were spot on. Eggs, hash browns, and bacon were great. Chiiquiles best we’ve ever had! We will be back often!

Delicious, fast, and friendly! Visiting from lut of town and so glad I stopped in. Not to mention its rivht across from a cute little park home to Susie the Duck where you can sit and feed the ducks. The owner was kind and helpful. Will definitely come back next time Im around.

We live nearby and just found this amazing restaurant! Food was amazing, comfy atmosphere and friendly service! Maple marscapone fruit French toast was delicious as was the omelette and Fresh OJ mimosas! A hidden gem in Lodi WI!!
