Usually, Subway is pretty good with their orders, but the last couple of times I have ordered from them I’ve ordered a meal and they’ve only gave me the sandwich. I’m not one to complain but when I’m spending almost $20 for each meal to only get just the sandwich is really ridiculous. Don’t know what kind of management or people they have working up there, but they are lazy and don’t wanna do their job. Not only that, When I order the tuna sandwich, they put hardly any tuna on it, Last time I got a tuna sandwich it was literally just bread with the smear of tuna on it.

I have been shopping Subway since it became a franchise. I went to get three different sandwiches today, on one sandwich, the girl couldn’t even put mayonnaise on it. I asked about four or five times and in the end I brought the sandwich home and added the condiment myself. I tried calling the manager, but there was not an answer, even though there weren’t customers in the store. You have lost my business.

I walked in and ordered my food, I had great service at first. The food tasted good.
I sat down to eat and they didn’t realize I was in there. The lady working used ungloved hands to handle food, and told the boy to put food that wasn’t temping onto the line.
They were both also cussing a lot.
Once the lady realized I was still there she apologized and switched up very fast.

This place is always busy, especially with mobile orders, but they do a great job of balancing the online orders and attending to the customers in the store. Employees are always friendly to me and food is always good!

Walked in to get lunch today and immediately there there was bad vibes. I wish I would’ve turned around instead of spending my money there today. The old lady with blonde hair with a tattoo on her wrist was extremely rude while making my sandwich because I didn’t want it toasted? She proceeded to make my sandwich upside down, soaking it with oil and vinegar (the thinner bottom half of the sandwhich.) where it’s falling apart to even eat, not even separating the cheese So anytime I take a bite there’s big chunk of cheese. Thanks for wasting my money.

Just left the Blackmore location in Casper with my order and a little blonde female employee behind the cash registered was not friendly and in my opinion pretty rude. Didn’t even have a bag for my chips. She Try to smash them in the small bag with two foot long sandwiches she said she didn’t have any big bags so I asked her to please put the chips in together in another small bag and she rolled her eyes at me along with a disappointed smirk on her face . I let her know that I was dissatisfied with her customer service !! other than that I have had great experiences with all the subways I have visited so far and PS the food is always delicious.

The girls there were very sweet and very energetic and definitely went out of their way for me and the guests before and after me. It is nice to see that there still is good employees out there. Thank you for the wonderful experience in your restaurant today.

tried to talk to the owner about an order and she was very rude about it and kept trying to walk away. The other employees were cool but the owner with blonde hair and short was very unprofessional.

Poor service. My father and I arrived at the store 10 mins before the posted closing time to very quickly get a couple subs for dinner as we’d been driving and this was the closest subway. When we entered the store there were still other customers dining. But before we made it even two steps in the woman behind the counter yelled out we’re closed. I said your sign says you’re open till 8? She replied again with yeah we’re still closed with no other explanation. So we left. I’m glad to see that this subway is doing well enough right now to turn away customers cause we will not be going to another subway in Casper again.
