I’ll be honest, at this point I just expect to deal with employees who barely acknowledge my existence and if they do they act like I’m the world’s biggest inconvenience. I also expect my food to look like it was just fished out of an ice filled urinal after it was stepped on… So you can imagine my surprise when I went in for a sandwich and I was greeted by a very pleasant young lady who had a smile and upbeat personality. She was busy working the drive through, but she made sure to greet me and let me know she would be right with me! A few minutes after that a young man appeared to help out. He rang me up no problem and disappeared to go help out. A few minutes after that the young lady returned, apologized for the wait (not even needed) and handed me my hot food. So at least I know their urinals don’t have ice in them. At this point, I’m still waiting for the disappointment to hit, but then I opened up my bag of food. Hot crispy fries and a couple chicken sandwichs that were pretty decent for fast food. Not gonna lie, who ever hired these two employees better make sure they hang on to them because they got a rare find.

I stopped watching n to use the bathroom because I don’t do fast foods very often so I thought I would get some chicken nuggets and cheese sticks. Went to the bathroom and so did one of the workers, I was washing my hands when I was done and the worker came out of the stall looked at the sink turned around and walked out and went back to work without washing her hands. The Nuggets I bought were so dry they were hollow inside. Safe to say I didn’t eat them. I drove from the coast and had to get out of the car never again I’ll wait till I get to the end of my trip before I will return to Burger King again. Plus wash your dang hands it’s very easy to do.

This place is never busy so when you come here ask for fresh food! it’s going to be a bit of a wait but trust me! Today my food was disappointing and i was told it was fresh when i waited no time at all for my food! do better Burger King!

It’s Burger King but as they advertised, they fulfilled a promise of quick good yummy food theyl way I wanted it. A whoppers can be incredibly tasty. And mine was. The service was prompt and well FAST.
Nothing’s perfect… Not ignore the elephant in the room though: the fries suck. No flavor. Kinda like potato card board cut out them fry. Between the coating on it(why,?) and how they cook them, they are unenjoyable and tasteless.. over processed and under cooked. Just. Disappointment. I’m giving Burger King kudos for dumping the creepy king too. And the menu variety over all is good. They need a lesson from McDonald’s though on how to make French fries. Theirs come out tasting like a fried potato rich and yummy delicious and hot with the right texture and the right balance of salt of everything. And the right price!!.
BK makes great dessert, shakes & more. McDonald’s Burger King shake or traditional restaurant shake. Overall you can’t go wrong going to this Burger King in Moses lake. The locals do a good friendly job. I’m going back . Have some better fries guys. More crispy and golden and take the batter off the outside… And I’ll be there.

Have ate here multiple times, spread out of the span of 5+ years… Mainly because this is the one Door Dash uses for me. I keep thinking it has to get better at some point. But nope. I get sick every time! (Minus breakfast time. But there breakfast has gone down hill over time. ) This time I’m throwing everything up. I’m officially done with this location.

Horrible food , there was a load of mayonnaise on my burger that I didn’t want , and the fries and onion rings were completely cold, absolutely horrible customer service as well, she had to ask me for my order 7 times in a tow to the point where I had to yell, I’d really like a refund , horrible food and service here

30 minute wait on a mobile order. They told us to pull around. Waited 30 minutes so we went in and they handed us the bag. So they had it ready the whole time and forgot chicken nuggets

Terrible customer service with the drive thru. Didn’t acknowledge us so we drove up to the window and proceeded to tell us she wouldn’t be taking our order because we “didn’t give her a minute”

They hooked it up. All my customizations were on point. We had a large order and it was made fast and well. I even got an extra patty on each of my burgers. Talk about service.
