The story of Em begins with the story of our Chef, Ly Nguyen. Chef Ly grew up on the outskirts of an idyllic small town in Khanh Hoa, Vietnam, about 50 miles north of the Nha Trang. Raised on a farm where jungle, mountains, rivers, and the ocean met, young Ly adored her family’s fruit trees and delighted in dining on the bounty of the sea. Her family still jokes that you can leave a suitcase full of money with Ly and you won’t find a dollar missing, but if you leave her unattended by a fruit tree it’s going to be picked clean.

It’s an expensive, we had the Pork and beef strew for our antree . The pork is a little too sweet for me and my partner , the beef is tender and flavor . We had mussel and the spring rolls as an appetizer. The spring roll is tasty but the mussel was so so , an Asian twist , wouldn’t recommend it . In addition, mussel was a small portion and it does not came with bread . It good to experience other cultures twisted take on cuisine.

We had an absolutely amazing experience at Em Vietnamese Bistro! The food here is truly outstanding—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared, easily making this a top spot for Vietnamese cuisine.
Beyond the delicious dishes, the restaurant itself is a super nice place with a warm, inviting atmosphere that makes you want to stay a while.
What truly elevated our visit, however, was the incredible hospitality. We received a wonderfully warm, humble welcome and greet by Mint (one of the staff members). Mint’s kindness and attentiveness set a perfect tone for the entire meal.
Highly recommend a visit to Em Vietnamese Bistro for a combination of fantastic food and genuinely exceptional service!

Had this place saved and finally stopped by for dinner on a weekend afternoon. Didn’t have high expectations, but the food surprised me, it was just as good, if not better, than other local spots I’ve tried.
The service and vibe were great, though I wished the soup was hotter; it was kind of lukewarm, which was a bit disappointing. Still, I enjoyed the meal overall!

I saw on GH that they have Bun Bo Hue on their menu. So I came to try it. This is so good. The broth isn’t oily like Bun Bo Hue from other places. It looks lighter but flavorful. I love it

Amazing Vietnamese restaurant – have been coming here for years. Every dish I’ve ordered has been delicious (I love the chicken and rice) and the ambience is chill, casual yet refined. Mint, Jimmy and Nui are an awesome team and they always provide the best service. 10/10 recommend!
