Have no idea about the food as I could not get any service. The drive thru had a couple of cars & it was taking a long time so I decided to go in. Bad move! I stood at the counter & waited. Now I’m the only customer that is inside. None of the few workers would even look at me let alone take my order. I spoke up and asked was anyone serving the counter & all I got was a couple of glanced & then blown off like I didn’t exist. To say the least I ended up walking out without ever actually being acknowledged & definitely not served. So if you’re hungry for some really awful toxic chemicals to go in your body & you like nonexisting service this place is for you!

I came through in the middle of the night traveling home. I had such a long hard day and the cashier, David, was so polite and sweet. He made me laugh and put a smile on my face. My food was hot and fresh, came out correct, and I received it quickly. Give him a raise!

I ordered the cantina chicken bowl with extra chicken no pico and no rice they didn’t have black beans so instead of asking if refried beans where ok they just took it upon there self’s to put them in there. And when I told them I didn’t want refried beans in the bowl they just took a portion of it out and cover the rest with lettuce. And this isn’t the first time it has happened either. They could even fix or even have the common courtesy to ask if that would be OK. So not only did I wait 45 mins but they got my stuff wrong and when I asked them to fix it they just cover it up with more lettuce

Bean burritos have been my comfort food since I was a kid , so I know when one is made with real care. Today, at Taco Bell, I had one that stopped me in my tracks—it was rolled to absolute perfection. Tight, balanced, and every bite hit just right. No mess, no crumbs, just a burrito that felt like it was made with heart. ❤️

This is a Taco Bell and KFC combo and it was a terrible experience. The place was disgusting, it took 30 minutes to get food although there were very few customers and during this time noone made an effort to clean up anything in the establishment. There were chicken bones on the ground, the trash cans were over flowing, food and mess everywhere, the drink station looked straight out of a soda tsunami and the tables and counters were sticky wet and grody. Also we were informed that we werent able to order anything from the Taco Bell menu for 30-45 minutes because nothing was prepared, 30 minutes later when we finally got our KFC I heard the lady tell another customer the sane thing. Everything behind the counter in the food prep area was pretty gross and cluttered with trash too. Im not squeamish but this is the worst food place I’ve ever been to, including my experiences in 3rd world countries.

My husband did a Mobile order and then he waited for over 30 mins and then when he mentioned where his order was. They said they didn’t have. So the manager said in a bad attitude where’s the receipt? It’s a mobile order. So he showed them his phone and told one of the other workers to write it down so it can be made. There was one piece of tomato and barely any cheese or lettuce on a chalupa. The food was over cooked and sloppy. Very disappointed especially when we go eat there when we can as dine in

Update: They are horrible at making orders. They can’t get anything right, they don’t give you all of your order and they skimp on everything super bad. How many bad reviews do they need to finally fix the problems. Is it going to take this one closing like the the last place with all the problems the last one had. Come on management!
If I could give no stars I would. It is disgusting, the workers aren’t made to hold up any standards. The place is dirty and all around not clean. As I was eating one of the guys making food scratched his private area and then proceeded to make food. The food is made poorly and not put together very good. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
