This is now one of the best Hardee’s stores in the St. Louis/Belleville area. The food is always hot, fresh, and tasty. This Hardee’s store is kept exceptionally clean. When ordering or picking up food ordered on the Hardee’s app via the drive-thru, the cars are kept moving and the employees are considerate of their customer’s time. Aretha and Barb have served me several times. They are exceptional members of Hardee’s management team. Aretha, Barb, and their team provide world-class, friendly customer service. Formerly working Hardee’s frontline and drive-thru at this store while in high school in the early 1990s (the glory days of Hardee’s freshly sliced roast beef, delicious fried chicken, and scrumptious chef salads), I am happy to see that this Hardee’s store is once again thriving and focused on ensuring that their customer’s have a top-notch experience. Well done, Hardee’s!

The way fast food restaurant service works today. It is very rare to have a great experience. But at Hardee’s today, the experience was amazing. The lady who took my order was very effective and understood exactly what I needed. The food was ready immediately when I got to the pick up window and payment was prompt. The whole experience took about three minutes which again in today’s market is amazing. My biscuits and hashbrowns were delicious and everything was cooked perfectly.

Coming from a specific customer environment, a very indecisive individual. As you see I ordered 4 items. I got all but my sausage egg biscuit. Yes I forgot to check to make sure I got but I’m sure you have been to McDonalds and just like that. No breakfast sandwich. I understand that sometimes people get in a hurry but I was the only one in drive through at the time and seeing the dining room from my car they were not busy. This restaurant is out of the way for me but I was craving the sausage egg biscuit so I drove there. Well wouldn’t you know. Missing food item. Thank you Hardees I will put you on the list of incompetent workers who do not care and making it show. Thanks.

I’ve always had good experiences with this Hardee’s location and it is imo far superior than the one by the Fairgrounds. Always love the burgers but this time I wanted to try the strawberry lemon biscuits which were $1 each during their 2-5 pm happy hour. They were delicious! Better than the cinnamon raisin biscuits that I always loved. Keep these Hardee’s, bravo!
